As the decade draws to a conclusion, it's a great time for us WWE fans to take a look back on what transpired throughout the 2010s. There were plenty of incredible and jaw-dropping WrestleMania moments that won't be forgotten any time soon. Who could have thought that we would see John Cena go up against The Rock twice? Nobody expected Undertaker's perfect WrestleMania streak to end, either.

In regards to the main events of WrestleMania? Some of the showdowns will go down as all-time classics, but there are others that simply didn't belong in the main event spotlight. Here is a ranking of all 10 WrestleMania main events of the 2010s, from worst to first.

10 Roman Reigns vs. The Undertaker (2017)

This match took place while WWE was still intent on getting Roman Reigns over... even though the fans continued to reject him time after time. The Big Dog and The Deadman squared off in the main event of WrestleMania 33 in Orlando, but it certainly wasn't the type of showdown that should have closed out a major show.

Reigns absolutely dominated Undertaker throughout the match, and the pace between the two superstars was weak. Reigns easily defeated The Phenom to win the match, but his big victory still wasn't enough to get him over.

9 Triple H vs. Roman Reigns (2016)

Triple H won the 2016 Royal Rumble event to secure the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, but everybody knew that this was just another ploy in trying to help Reigns get over.

There was very little hype entering the main event at WrestleMania 32, because everybody knew that Reigns was going to win. Sure enough, he pinned Triple H in a match that dragged on forever to finally win the title.

Spoiler alert: Reigns still didn't receive much fan support after winning this match. It was anything but a memorable main event for WWE's biggest show of the year.

8 The Miz vs. John Cena (2011)

This is nothing against The Miz, who will go down as one of the top heels and mid-card superstars of his era. However, he simply wasn't ready for the big spotlight when he got to square off against John Cena in the final match of WrestleMania XXVII.

There just wasn't enough hype going into this showdown, plus Undertaker and Triple H had already stolen the show in their clinical No Holds Barred match. Even after The Miz defeated Cena to retain his WWE Championship, it didn't do anything to help him secure main event long-term status.

7 Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar (2018)

The expectation was that The big dog would defeat Brock Lesnar and thus end his year-long Universal Championship reign. Reigns was still struggling to win over the fans at this point, but at least he was going to take the title off of a part-time talent... right?

Nope.

Lesnar dominated the match for the most part, and he easily put away Reigns to retain his championship. He wouldn't finally conquer Lesnar until SummerSlam four months later. WrestleMania 34 was actually a great show for the most part, but the main event wasn't anything special, and it left a bitter taste in the mouths of many fans who had already grown tired of both superstars taking up all the main event spotlights.

6 John Cena vs. The Rock (2013)

John Cena's showdown with The Rock at WrestleMania XXVIII one year earlier was hyped up as a "once in a lifetime" match. That turned out to be a lie, because WWE had the two superstars close out the show once again at WrestleMania 29.

The match wasn't terrible by any means, but it didn't come anywhere close to living up to their last showdown (a task that was always going to be impossible). It obviously turned out to be a big money-making showdown for Vince McMahon and the WWE, but Rock vs. Cena Part II didn't stand out compared to past WrestleMania main events.

5 Seth Rollins vs. Roman Reigns vs. Brock Lesnar (2015)

Brock Lesnar and Roman Reigns looked like a terrific main event on paper at the time, but WWE had a major surprise in store, one that would change everything about the product for the next year.

During the Lesnar-Reigns showdown, Seth Rollins appeared and cashed in his Money in the Bank contract, making himself eligible for the match. He quickly pinned Reigns to win the WWE World Heavyweight Championship, and so began Rollins' rise to main event status. This was a terrific main event, and it provided an epic ending that fans at Levi Stadium couldn't have imagined.

4 The Rock vs. John Cena (2012)

John Cena vs. The Rock at WrestleMania XXVIII was surrounded by sky-high expectations, since both superstars had once carried the mantle of being the No.1 babyface in WWE. Simply put, Cena vs. The Rock more than lived up to the hype.

Both superstars displayed remarkable pace and execution throughout the match, and they completely fed off the energy of the roaring crowd in Miami. Just when it looked like Cena would pull off the win, the People's Champion jumped up and hit him with the Rock Bottom finisher to score the pinfall victory. If only the Rock-Cena sequel could have been as epic as the first showdown...

3 Becky Lynch vs. Ronda Rousey vs. Charlotte Flair (2019)

This marked the first ever women's main event in WrestleMania history, and Becky Lynch, Charlotte Flair and Ronda Rousey relished the historic spotlight. The triple threat showdown carried a stipulation in that the winner would capture both the Raw and SmackDown Women's Championship.

The crowd was completely behind Lynch in this one, and for once, WWE gave the fans what they wanted. Lynch was able pin Rousey to walk out as the new Raw and SmackDown Women's Champion. This also marked Rousey's first clean loss in WWE, but there was no shame in it. All three women stole the show with a legendary match for the ages.

2 Daniel Bryan vs. Batista vs. Randy Orton (2014)

The 2014 Royal Rumble was a massive letdown for the WWE Universe, who had hoped to see Daniel Bryan emerge victorious. He didn't even participate in the match, however, and the fans turned on Batista (a babyface) when he won the event. So WWE made up for it by placing Bryan in the main event - a triple threat match against Batista and Randy Orton - for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Finally, the fans got what they wanted, as Bryan came out on top after getting Batista to submit to the "Yes!" Lock. The crowd in New Orleans erupted for Bryan, the long-time face who had finally climbed the mountain while conquering the villainous Authority stable.

1 Shawn Michaels vs. The Undertaker (2010)

Shawn Michaels and Undertaker stole the show at WrestleMania XXV, in what could easily be regarded as the greatest match of the 21st century up to this point. But WWE decided to pit the two legends against each other once again at WresleMania XXVI. The stipulation was much different this time around: While Undertaker put his "Streak" on the line again, the Heartbreak Kid would have been forced to retire if he had lost the match.

These two performed remarkable pace and technicality throughout the match. There were several moments where you felt as though Michaels would end the streak, but Undertaker wouldn't give up. Finally, a fed up and frustrated Phenom performed a Tombstone Piledriver to put away Michaels - extending his streak to 18-0.

It was the perfect end to Michaels' illustrious Hall of Fame career. There was no shame in losing to the greatest WrestleMania competitor in history, especially when Michaels himself put on perhaps the most spectacular in-ring performance of his already amazing career.
