We've heard all the cliches when it comes to second and third (and even fourth!) generation wrestlers: Growing up as the child of a wrestler and living in said wrestler's shadow must be tough. It didn't matter for the following individuals; they still chose to pursue their dreams and carry on the family legacy.

We know all the great multigenerational performers out there (Roman Reigns, arguably WWE's top dog, is one himself). But what about those other kids that many fans aren't aware of? While most of these wrestlers are honing their craft in other promotions, there are several people in the WWE that have wrestling running in their blood, who many fans might not know about.

10 Jacob Fatu

Jacob Fatu

As long as pro wrestling is a thing, we can guarantee there's going to be an Anoa'i family member there to continue the dynasty. Jacob Fatu is the son of former WWE competitor Tama/The Tonga Kid; more familiar to fans are his uncles Rikishi and Umaga, as well as his cousins The Usos and Roman Reigns.

WWE has obviously shown interest in acquiring the Samoan, but nothing is preventing him from joining the likes of AEW. He currently wrestles in MLW, where he is their World Heavyweight Champion. Something tells us there's plenty of gold in his future.

9 Austin Gunn

We're certain Austin Gunn has been the butt of many jokes because of his dad's gimmick (bun intended - sorry, pun intended). That didn't stop him from getting into wrestling, as he reportedly signed with ROH.

With many appearances on the indy scene as well as being apart of AEW's "Over The Budget Battle Royal" at last year's All In PPV, Austin Gunn has been getting steady work, honing his craft and becoming a better wrestler. He's got a decent shadow to overcome; his dad is an 11-time Tag Team Champion, a former Intercontinental Champion, a King of the Ring winner and a WWE Hall of Famer. Who knew Mr. You Know What was so accomplished?

8 Guerillas Of Destiny

The legendary Haku has 2 sons currently teaming up. Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa wrestle in NJPW and ROH, where they have won 6 Tag Team titles as the Guerillas of Destiny. They are also members of the infamous Bullet Club.

While Tama has stayed away from WWE, Tanga actually had a short stint in Vince McMahon land. For those of you with insane memories, you might remember him as Camacho, who wrestled on NXT and SmackDown in a tag team with Hunico, the current Sin Cara.

7 The Fiend

This is less of a "you didn't know" and more of a reminder that The Fiend is actually a third-generation wrestler, alongside his brother Bo Dallas. Bray Wyatt is the son of WWE wrestler Mike Rotunda, who wrestled under the name I.R.S. Clearly, evil runs in the family.

While we were hoping that WWE would finally give this poor man a break and book Wyatt like a proper star, unfortunately, we all saw what happened at Hell in the Cell. We're holding out hope he can recover yet again, but we've heard this story before.

6 Brian Pillman Jr.

Look at that mullet, we're absolutely in love.

Trained by the sometimes serious Lance Storm, Brian Pillman Jr is his father's twin. Eccentric and flashy, he currently wrestles for MLW alongside his fellow second-generation Hart Foundation members, Davey Boy Smith Jr. and Teddy Hart.

Although we might seem him in the WWE one day, AEW is more likely his next major destination, considering he's already worked for the promotion as part of the "Casino Battle Royal" from Double Or Nothing's pre-show. At just 25 years old, Pillman Jr has endless potential. Let's see him honor his dad's legacy.

5 Carmella

With a show of hands, who knew The Princess of Staten Island was a second-generation wrestler?

Wrestling does indeed run in Carmella's fabulous blood, as her father, Paul Van Dale, wrestled for the WWE as enhancement talent back in the '90s. Basically, he was a jobber; however, that's OK, as his daughter has more than carved her own spot in wrestling history.

The first-ever female Money In The Bank winner? Check. SmackDown Women's Champ? Check. 24/7 Champion? Check, although this one's probably not as prestigious. But hey, that accomplishment alone is bigger than anything her father did, so good for Carmella!

4 David Finlay Jr.

His name is Finlay, and he too likes to fight - just like his pops.

Wrestling runs deep in the Finlay household, as David Finlay Jr. looks to continue the legacy left by his father, grandfather, AND great-grandfather; a multi-generational wrestling family at its finest!

The youngest Finlay started wrestling for NJPW a few years ago as a "young lion," graduating to the big leagues. This year, he also started with ROH alongside his friend and tag team partner, Juice Robinson; together they're part of the Lifeblood stable in ROH. If David is anything like his dad, it's gonna be fun watching him kick some butt.

3 Ross & Marshall Von Erich

Can Ross and Marshall resurrect the once legendary Von Erich family? Dominating the Texas wrestling scene in the '70s and '80s, one too many tragedies befell the Von Erichs, as only one of the five wrestling brothers, Kevin, remains today.

His sons carry on the family name by wrestling for MLW. Ross and Marshall are third-generation stars, and hopefully, they can attain more success in the wrestling industry than their cousin, Lacey Von Erich. Trained by the late, great Harley Race, we have high hopes for these two brothers.

2 Andrade

Charlotte Flair is one lucky woman. The formerly masked Andrade (with a face like that, who would do such a thing?!) comes from a family that bleeds wrestling. His father, cousins, and various other family members have all competed in the squared circle.

Andrade has achieved the most fame, as he's the only one to take his abilities outside of Mexico and into the WWE. He was already a star in Mexico, but his stock only rose when he signed on for NXT, becoming the brand's champion. He's on the main roster now, and it's only a matter of time before he wins more gold. It also helps that he's got a Flair backing him - WOOOOO!

1 Terrence And Terrell Dudley

Oh my sons, testify!

We've never wanted to hear the words "Daddy, get the tables!" more than we do after seeing these Dudley twins. Terrence and Terrell, known as TNT, are currently trying to carve their own path in their wrestling world, working the indies.

No, their dad is not Bubba, but D-Von Dudley. The twins choose to use the Dudley name, as well as their signature maneuvers, such as the 3D. They've already made an appearance on Impact, so who knows where we might see them in the future.
