Out of all the wrestlers that Ric Flair has managed, the one that truly didn't work was Lacey Evans. WWE hinted at them being in a relationship which was very strange to watch, and overall it just didn't connect with audiences at all.

The fact that the storyline was cut short as well didn't help, with Evans becoming pregnant in real life stopping this in its tracks, which led to this being one of the most forgettable runs for Flair.

4 Frankie Kazarian

Frankie Kazarian is another wrestler that Ric Flair took under his wing as a protégé, which also made perfect sense. They connected well and everything they did worked, especially as Kazarian was really at the top of his game.

They had great chemistry together on the microphone and they had some hilarious segments as well, which really helped to just raise AJ's profile even more in the industry.

1 Charlotte Flair

One of the most memorable managerial roles of Ric Flair's career was when he got to work with his daughter. Charlotte made her way into wrestling and quickly became a top name, and adding Ric to her overall package only enhanced that.

Their first run together on the main roster was incredible. Ric hyped her up while also helping to cheat at ringside, which became an added element to her matches. It was a little difficult to boo someone as beloved as Ric Flair, but the tandem worked.
