One of the crucial aspects of a professional wrestler's career is the characters they portray on-screen. Gimmicks, as they say, are very important for a wrestler to advance in his/her career. The characters depend upon factors like the wrestler's origin, size, & in-ring abilities.

Over the years, we have seen wrestlers who portray a blend of characters throughout their careers and some who stick to the same one until they hang up their boots. While some gimmicks are made to make the fans laugh, some get portrayed as serious & intimidating.

Wrestlers with such intimidating gimmicks tend to establish their dominance over the others, and it's very rare to see them coming out of the character to showcase their funnier side. Let's take a look at ten such funny moments from otherwise serious wrestlers.

10 The Kane-A-Roonie

Kane was living up to his moniker as the devil's favorite demon during his debut years in the WWE. The masked monster ran through the roster and established his dominance upon his opponents. Being in the level of a monster heel, the fans never expected to see Kane's funnier side, but it came to fruition on the August 26, 2002 episode of Raw.

Kane came to the aid of Booker T and Goldust to confront the Un-Americans before the latter attempted to burn the United States flag. After fending off the foreign heels, the Big Red Monster did the unthinkable by joining Booker T in doing the Spinaroonie, which he called the Kane-A-Roonie.

9 Braun Strowman Steps Into Elias' Boots

The rise of the "Monster Among Men" Braun Strowman is an inspiration to every aspiring pro-wrestler out there. The career which started as a Rosebud transformed into a human wrecking machine. Strowman is one of the serious wrestlers we can find in the business today, and he seldom exposes his lighter side to the WWE Universe, but one such instance happened during a segment with Elias.

Strowman had started a minor rivalry with the Drifter, and on the February 12, 2018 episode of Raw, the Monster Among Men took a page out of the book of Elias. Strowman brought out a double-bass and unleashed the singer within him to send out a warning to his opponent.

8 CM Punk Fancies Triple H's Blazer

CM Punk was full-fledged into his Best in the World gimmick during his final years with the WWE, and he was all about business irrespective of being a face or heel. He didn't show his funnier side unless he wanted to insult his opponent, but this instance is an exception.

RELATED: Pipe Bomb: 10 Best Quotes Of CM Punk's CareerOn the October 10, 2013 episode of Raw, when all the WWE employees were on strike after walking out of COO Triple H, John Cena, Sheamus, & CM Punk came out in favor of the game. When Cena & Sheamus got ready to square off and Triple H being the referee, CM Punk was asked to do commentary, and Punk asked hilariously that if he can wear Triple H's blazer. We can be sure that was not on the script, and it took Triple H a second to respond.

7 Roman Reigns Ruins Rusev's Wedding Celebration

Roman Reigns, being the Big Dog, has only a handful of funny moments in his name, and most of them occurred when he tries to take a dig at his opponents. This specific instance happened on the August 8, 2016, episode of Raw, and Rusev had the unfortunate privilege of being the Big Dog’s victim.

Rusev and Reigns were feuding over the United States Championship at the time, and on the August 8 episode of Raw, the Bulgarian Brute had a celebration of his & Lana’s wedding, and guess who came out to ruin the festivities?

Reigns and Rusev started landing punches on each other, and the latter accidentally bumped into his wife making her fall face-first into the cake. It’s a classic WWE style segment, but it’s still one of the funniest moments of Roman Reigns career.

6 Bray Wyatt's Muscle Man Dance

People would've laughed at our face if we had asked for a funny segment from Bray Wyatt a year ago. But thanks to the new & improved version of the Eater of Worlds, we had the opportunity to witness the funnier side and an even darker side of Bray Wyatt.

The last thing we expected from Bray Wyatt was to put on his dancing shoes and get jiggy. Well, that's what exactly we witnessed on the June 3, 2019 episode of Monday Night Raw when he taught us the importance of fitness by showing us the muscle man dance. Wyatt may be at his scariest avatar in the Fiend, but the Firefly Fun House gave us the chance to see a whole new perspective of the Eater of Worlds.

5 Triple H Teaches Trish Stratus Some Holds

It's never an easy job when you're married to your boss' daughter, but somehow Triple H has been able to succeed in that for the past 16 years. But it wasn't easy for him in the initial days when Stephanie was, say, a possessive wife.

RELATED: 10 Worst Things Triple H Ever Did (In Wrestling)Triple H found himself in a predicament when Trish Stratus walked into his locker room on an episode of Raw. Stratus wanted Hunter to teach her some holds, and when he tried to do so by showing her how to escape a hammerlock, they got into an uncomfortable position, which can be easily misunderstood by a third person, and this time it was Stephanie McMahon who threw a temper tantrum and we can be sure Hunter had to sleep on the couch that night.

4 Kumbaya My Lord!

Stone Cold Steve Austin and Vince McMahon were part of one of the most iconic feuds in WWE history. The Texas Rattlesnake did all that he could to make Vince's life a nightmare and even went on to attack him on a hospital bed. But all that changed in 2001 when Austin sold his soul to the devil and joined forces with his arch-nemesis at WrestleMania 17.

Austin started to do all the dirty work for McMahon and constantly tried to impress him. On the December 7, 2001 episode of SmackDown Austin was trying to cheer Vince up after Shane & Stephanie turned their backs on him. But we can say Austin didn't even come close when he sang Kumbaya to the boss.

3 Goldberg Meets His Relative

Be it in his time in WCW or during his short stint with the WWE, Goldberg never had the time for jokes. WCW & WWE booked Goldberg as an unstoppable human wrecking ball, and his 173-match undefeated streak is a testimony to that statement.

RELATED: 10 Surprising Wrestlers Who Goldberg Actually Became Friends WithBut the Hall of Famer found some time for a little humor on the April 14, 2003 episode of Raw when he got a visit from a relative of his in Goldust. The bizarre one welcomed Goldberg to the WWE by putting his signature blonde wig on Goldberg's head. Goldberg was a good sport to wear the wig for a few seconds giving an awkward glance into the camera much to the amusement of the fans.

2 The Undertaker Lets Out A Secret

The last person any WWE fan to expect to make them laugh is the Undertaker. The Demon of Death Vallet has been WWE's face of fear for the past two decades, and people cannot expect humor from a paranormal character like the Undertaker.

In 2001 Undertaker & his brother Kane entered into a feud with Haku & Rikishi, and on the January 29, 200, episode of Raw, Rikishi busted the Undertaker open with a chair shot to the head.

The Phenom didn't take too kindly to Rikishi's actions, and on a backstage interview, he challenged the Samoans to a first blood tag team match, and he said it in a pretty sarcastic way. Undertaker warned his opponents that bleeding turns him on and making other people bleed turns him on, even more.

1 Brock Party

The last time people remember the current WWE Champion having some fun was way back in 2003 when he mocked Eddie Guerrero with a Mexican celebration.

But Lesnar exposed his funnier side once again after winning the 2019 Money In The Bank ladder match. Lesnar started using the MITB briefcase like a boombox, and on the May 27 episode of Raw, he went a bit further by dancing out to a new theme song with a custom boombox themed MITB briefcase.

The looks on Seth Rollins & Kofi Kingston's faces represented how the WWE Universe felt witnessing the sight of Brock Lesnar dancing in the middle of the ring.
