Having second and third generation superstars is not uncommon to the world of professional wrestling. Many former and even current WWE superstars have come from legendary wrestling families like Curtis Axel from the Hennig family, The Usos from the Anoa'i family and Natalya from the Hart family.
For some of these sons and daughters of wrestlers, the resemblance to their professional wrestling parent is uncanny. For second generation wrestlers such as Brian Pillman Jr. or Cody Hall, looking like their famous parents can be a good thing, especially if they're trying to break into the business. However, sons looking like their dads is one thing. For a daughter to look like her dad doesn't always work out the best for them.
Some of these wrestling dads are old school, rough and tough grapplers. For their daughters to look like them wouldn't be the best of looks, especially in the superficial world of wrestling. However, some of these daughters have dodged a bullet and been dealt the lovely looks of their mothers instead. Still, other daughters, who were not so lucky, have made the look of their rugged fathers work for them. In some cases, daughters looking like their athletic and clean cut fathers was the far better result between the two parents. Here are 8 wrestling daughters who look like their father, and 7 who thankfully take after their mother.
16 Charlotte (Her Dad)
Charlotte is without a doubt her father’s daughter. She carries the Flair name, uses the classy Flair robes, uses the signature Flair “WOO,” uses the Flair strut and has even mimicked the famous Flair flop. Even “The Queen’s” moveset is similar to her dad, with the signature chop and modified Figure Four leglock. Clearly,
Charlotte is paying homage to her legendary father, Ric Flair, but in addition to a similar moveset and presentation, Charlotte bears a strong resemblance to her father as well.
Charlotte’s likeness to her father isn’t a bad thing. Ric wasn’t called the “Nature Boy” for nothing and was a handsome suave ring master in his youth. Not that she doesn’t look beautiful like her mom, Elizabeth, as well, but Charlotte definitely has that familiar Flair smirk to help remind us the bloodline within her.
15 Noelle Foley (Her Mom)
While the same can’t be said for Mick Foley’s son, Dewey, his daughter, Noelle, dodged a huge bullet and thankfully took after her mom in looks. The scruffy, flannel-wearing Mick Foley wasn’t blessed with the greatest of good looks one would expect in a professional wrestler. Yet, he was one of the most successful and beloved WWE superstars and landed his lovely wife, Colette, whom Noelle thankfully takes after.
Noelle and her dad look nothing at all alike, and that’s not a bad thing.
However, she does look like a younger version of her mom. Colette was a former model, and was welcomed into the WWE as a "Dudette" for her husband's Dude Love character. Taking after her momma, Noelle has modeled before and could easily pass as a Dudette herself. While Noelle’s aspirations to be a professional wrestler and her quirky personalty comes straight from her dad, her amazing good looks come straight from Colette.
14 Mya Lynn Lesnar (Her Dad)
It would be terrifying enough to date the daughter of The Beast, Brock Lesnar, but the truth is Lesnar’s daughter, Mya Lynn, is a beast herself. Though she probably wouldn’t want to be referred to that way, she appears to be a freak athlete just like her dad and bears a striking resemblance to the reigning defending undisputed Universal Heavyweight Champion.
Mya Lynn is the daughter of Brock and his ex-fiancee, the stunning Nicole McClain.
Sadly, Mya Lynn looks nothing like her gorgeous mother and didn’t get the tan skin, brunette hair or washboard abs. Instead, she was dealt the fair skin and blonde hair of her father, though she may have gained his freakish athletic talents as well. Mya is involved in multiple sports and appears to be excelling at them, which seemingly is the trade-off for looking like a female Brock Lesnar.
13 Brooke Hogan (Her Mom)
While Brooke has her dad’s flawless tan and bleached blonde hair, Brooke is still remarkably similar to her mother in appearance.
Of course, Brooke’s striking resemblance to her mother has led to some odd rumors regarding Brooke and her father.
Precarious photos with Hulk with Brooke, coupled with the fact that Hulk has perpetuated his affinity towards beautiful blondes after Linda, certainly have not helped these disturbing rumors.
Regardless, no one can deny Brooke looks a lot like her mother. Like Brooke, Linda isn’t afraid to flaunt the beach bikini, catch some rays and look as provocative as possible on Instagram and other social media. Brooke definitely gets her wild, steamy side from her mom, also. While Hulk is a handsome devil as well, with both father and daughter hitting up the gym frequently, overall Brooke lucked out catching her mom's looks without catching Linda's crazy personality.
12 Stephanie McMahon (Her Dad)
The Billion Dollar Princess is preparing to inherit the WWE kingdom and why wouldn't she? Her ruthless character, which is obviously inspired by her dad's Mr. McMahon character, isn't far off from some of her ruthless backstage influence. Unlike Stephanie's mom, Linda, who is distancing herself from the WWE, Stephanie is at her dad's side embracing it. Stephanie says, "Welcome to Monday Night Raw!" with the same passion and energy as her father, and you can see the expression on her face is almost a carbon copy of Vince McMahon.
Maybe it's because Linda is so rarely seen, but Stephanie and her mother seemingly look nothing at all alike.
Certainly, Stephanie shares a lot of her dad's mannerisms, facial expressions, and possesses that cutthroat business mindset. Still, one would think at least some of Linda's features would carry over. Stephanie is no doubt a McMahon and is in a great position to carry the mantle like her grandfather and father before her.
11 Brittany Page (Her Mom)
Being the offspring of a Diamond Stud and a Nitro Girl should provide some excellent genetics, and Brittany Page is most definitely not the exception. Brittany Page is the gorgeous daughter of Diamond Dallas Page and his then-wife, Kimberly Page. While DDP may be a strong studly dad, Kimberly is the drop dead gorgeous mom. Brittany would be fortunate to have her dad's good looks, but with her mom being so remarkably attractive, she comes out well ahead by resembling her mom instead.
There was no going bad for Brittany Page. Her dad was a hunk in wrestling and remains looking great with his DDP Yoga, which Brittany also partakes in. Plus, Brittany's mom was an incredibly fit Nitro Girl, and one of the most stunning women in WCW. Still, she definitely looks more like her mom than her dad, and with her mom being Kimberly, that's not a bad thing.... that's, a good thing!
10 Amy Hennig (Her Dad)
If Curt Hennig was Mr. Perfect, then his daughter Amy is without a doubt Ms. Perfect. Amy Hennig is the daughter of Curt and her mother, Leonice Leonard, but she definitely takes after her father.
The trademark curly blonde locks that Mr. Perfect had throughout his career is now donned by his talented daughter and indy wrestler, Amy.
Amy's WWE Superstar brother, Joe, has honored his grandfather and his dad with his ring name, a combination of the two previous Hennig names, Curtis Axel. However, Axel doesn't want to get by under his family's lineage and wants to make a name for himself, which may explain why he doesn't resemble his father as much. Amy, on the other hand, fully embraces her lineage, wearing her hair like her dad, and even using her dad's Perfect Plex.
9 Paige (Her Mom)
These past years have been rough on Paige. She was in a disastrous relationship with Alberto Del Rio, has been suspended twice for a WWE wellness policy violation, and just when she was about to return and turn her career around, she suffered a potentially career-ending injury. While the injury sucks, the fact that her in-ring career is likely done at the age of 25 shouldn't be that surprising considering Paige has been wrestling since she was 13 in her family's wrestling promotion in Great Britain.
Paige has followed in her parents footsteps and definitely has her mom's gothic appearance down pat. Judging from the pic, Paige grows more into her mom, Sweet Saraya, with each passing year. In becoming more like her mom, Paige is also growing further away from the looks of her much huskier father, Ricky Knight, to the relief of her male fans.
8 Ariel Toombs (Her Dad)
Don't get me wrong, Ariel Toombs looks a lot like her mom, Kitty, but the more you look at her, the more you can see the legendary and dearly missed "Rowdy" Roddy Piper. Ariel shares her mother's smile, but behind it lies the smirk of the excitable wild card, Roddy Piper. While Ariel's sisters definitely share the appearance of their mother, her brother, Colton, is the spitting image of Roddy, with Ariel sharing many similarities as well.
Looking a lot like her dad has definitely worked out for her.
Ariel is an amazingly beautiful woman, despite coming from her ordinary middle aged mother. Ariel definitely received her supermodel good looks from her dad, who, in his youth, had an action hero build, charming good looks and endearing personality you see shining though in his daughter.
7 Shaul Guerrero (Her Mom)
Excuse me, but Shaul Guerrero definitely brings the "Latino Heat!" Shaul is the daughter of Eddie Guerrero, but she surely looks a lot like her mom, the annoying, albeit entertaining Vickie Guerrero. Shaul looking like her mom, while being a complete knockout, shouldn't surprise anyone. However, WWE has spent years humiliating and body-shaming the villainous Vickie that one would associate looking like Vickie as a negative when clearly it is not.
Shaul doesn't look very much like her dad, but she very much has the similar facial features and body type of her mom. She has all her momma's curves in all the right places, making her stunning to look at. Shaul, who also happens to be married to WWE Superstar Aiden English, took a hiatus from wrestling but has recently reentered the wrestling world once again. Hopefully, Shaul can bring the "lying, cheating and stealing" back into the WWE and carry on that Guerrero name.
6 Tessa Blanchard (Her Dad)
How Tessa Blanchard isn't in the WWE is anyone's guess. She's a third generation wrestler, and her dad, Tully Blanchard, was an original member of the legendary Four Horsemen. She's got the skills, the charisma, the experience to make it far in professional wrestling. And evidently, Tessa has the look of a Blanchard as well.
While a woman looking like her father can sometimes be a bad thing, Tessa looks amazing, retaining much of her dad's features. Her strong Blanchard jaw gives her a unique, sexy and powerful look. It's becoming more difficult to see the similarities between father and daughter these days due to the vast 40-plus age difference between them. However, photos of Tully in his youth bring out the similar features that appear in Tessa today overshadowing the features of her mother, Courtney Shattuck, and in this case, that's not a bad thing.
5 Bianca Carelli (Her Mom)
Thank goodness, Bianca Carelli takes after her mom.
Not that her father, Anthony "Santino Marella" Carelli, isn't a good looking guy, but we've seen what a "Santina" Marella would look like, and it's not pretty.
Instead, Bianca gained the looks of her mother and received the far better end of that deal.
Not to be confused by Santino Marella's new stunning wife, bikini and fitness model, Anna Babji, Bianca's also beautiful biological mother, Pretrina Akbarali, has passed down much of her beauty to her daughter. Despite Santino's success in professional wrestling, Bianca has stayed away from the business and has used the unique ethnicity of her parents to enter into beauty pageants, winning her Miss Teen Ontario-World in 2013. Although "Santina" may have been crowned "Miss WrestleMania," Bianca is still rather lucky to have her mother's exotic characteristics regardless.
4 Dakota Avery Runnels (Her Dad)
That awkward moment when your dad wears a wig and more makeup than your mom... Well, that's what happens when your dad is Goldust. Although Dakota Avery Runnels doesn't share the bizarre sexual innuendos of her father, she retains a lot of his physical looks, especially in the face. That's slightly unfortunate for her considering her mother is the former Attitude Era sex symbol, Terri Runnels.
To be clear, Dakota is a very lovely young lady who may grow to be just as provocative as her cigar-smoking mother later in life. Dakota is blessed with some good genetics with the leader of P.M.S. (Pretty Mean Sisters), who looked vivacious in WWE, and is still looking tremendous today, and her dad, who still remains physically fit enough to go in the ring. However, for now, Dakota appears to be a "Rhodes," sharing a familiar body type and complexion as her grandfather, Dusty, and her dad, the ambiguous-in-storyline Goldust.
3 Samantha Starr (Her Mom)
Mikala Smith, who wrestles in the independent circuit as Samantha Starr, may be a lesser-known third-generation superstar, but her family lineage is legendary.
As the daughter of lesser-known former WWE superstars, Baby Doll and Sam Houston (b. Michael Smith), Samantha Starr is the niece of Hall of Famer, Jake "The Snake" Roberts as well, and even uses Jake's DDT finisher.
However, her parents aren't as memorable as The Snake, so it may be difficult to tell which parent she resembles more. However, trust me when I say, she thankfully looks a heck of a lot more like her former valet mother.
"The Perfect 10" Baby Doll was a valet for Ric Flair and you know he only pics the very best to valet for him. "The Perfect Knockout," Samantha Starr is definitely taking after her family by grappling in the ring like her entire wrestling family, but mostly takes after her mother with the punk rock dyed hair and ring attire. Though Samantha Starr could turn into a valet like her mom one day, for now, she is content dropping opponents on their head instead.
2 Simone Johnson (Her Dad)
Simone Johnson isn't unfamiliar with the spotlight, with her dad being The Rock, famous movie star and legendary professional wrestler. She has taken many pictures with her dad, and one can't help but notice how much she looks like the Brahma Bull.
Dwayne Johnson has gone through some changes in his own physical appearances, going from his appearance in The Nation of Domination, to his early Hollywood years, to the massive beast of a human he is at present. In fact, there are jokes involving people who do not realize The Rock and Dwayne Johnson are actually the same person. As The Rock changes in appearance, the similarities between father and daughter become less noticeable, but Simone unquestionably looks like her father during his younger Rocky Maivia days, with Simone sharing "The Blue Chipper's" familiar grin.
1 Natalya (Her Mom)
In truth, when we look at Natalya, we wonder whether she's adopted. When you look at not just Natalya, but all three of Jim Neidhart's daughters, they're all gorgeous and clearly didn't take after their stocky, rugged father. Obviously we can't see what mother Ellie looked like in her youth, but we can see more similarities between mother and daughter than we can with mother and father. Natalya has quite a few uncles and aunts, so we're guessing she inherited some good genes from other relatives. Natalya sure is shining on her own, and instead of worrying about which parent she looks like, we'll just be thankful she looks the way she does. Hopefully her and Tyson Kidd have children and she can pass her good looks down to the next generation of Harts.
