If you're a video game junkie meets WWE fan, you know that the 2K series of games from WWE is the pinnacle of video game play. As it is now, most fans are playing the game on PS4 or XBOX, but there was a handful of fans anxiously waiting for the day WWE was able to announce that WWE 2K18 had arrived on Nintendo Switch.

It was previously announced the company would be releasing the game on the Switch platform but fans were wondering when the game would hit shelves and when they could add the game to the Switch collection. Fans won't have to wait much longer.

WWE 2K18 will be available for Nintendo Switch this week as it rolls out worldwide in physical and digital formats starting December 6, 2017. That means, this Wednesday, 2K fans can add WWE to games like NBA 2K18.

As described on WWE.2k.com, there is also a bonus for fans who pre-order the physical (non-digital) format of the game. Nintendo Switch users who pre-order will receive two playable versions of WWE Hall of Famer Kurt Angle: his “American Hero” persona (2001) and his ECW “Wrestling Machine” persona (2006). Don't worry digital users, WWE 2K18 customers who don't have the physical form of the game will still be able to download the Kurt Angle pack at no additional cost through December 13, 2017.

Some of the features of the game on The Nintendo Switch system will include a new grapple carry system, new weight detection, thousands of new animations, a massive backstage area, and up to six characters onscreen at once. Users can Play on TV or in handheld mode with up to four people in online and local multiplayer.
