WWE Adds Big Tag Match To Hell In A Cell PPV

During Tuesday’s SmackDown Live episode, Roman Reigns found an unexpected partner for Hell in a Cell. Or, perhaps Bryan found an unexpected partner in Reigns.

A few weeks ago, no one would have expected it but Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan teaming up together would have been considered nearly impossible. But, within a matter of a few episodes of the blue brand and a couple of twists and turns, Bryan and Reigns vs. Erick Rowan and Luke Harper is now official for WWE’s next big pay-per-view. The Reigns and Bryan vs Harper and Rowan match was added to the card and is now considered the third official match announced for the pay-per-view coming in just a couple of weeks.

The match came about thanks to an impromptu match between Bryan and Rowan on the most recent SmackDown where Bryan challenged the bigger man to fight. Unable to overcome the presence of Harper on the outside, Rowan defeated Bryan in singles action, only to then find himself on the receiving end of 2-on-1 attack that forced the Big Dog to come down and make the save.

Reigns and Bryan seem like an unlikely duo considering their less-than-friendly history over the past few weeks. Reigns held Bryan responsible for a backstage attack that could have ended Reigns’ career. When it turned out that Bryan was not the mastermind, but Rowan was, Bryan became the man on the end of the attacks as Rowan and Harper shifted their focus to the former WWE Champion.

Now, Bryan And Reigns will stand side-by-side with common enemies and a common goal — to try and even the score.
