A contract signing allows two opponents to go face to face one last time before the actual match, letting the fans to get more involved in a particular feud.

The Shield was the most dangerous faction of the last decade, and they faced many tag teams during their first run, but Evolution, who was led by Triple H, was certainly their biggest challengers. The two teams wrestled each other twice in 2014.

After defeating Evolution at Extreme Rules, a rematch took place at Payback. On the RAW before Payback, the two teams had a heated contract signing when Evolution dismantled The Shield with a calculated strategy from The Game. Evolution also delivered a Triple Powerbomb to Roman Reigns through the announce table.

The Undertaker's final official match was the Boneyard match, which took place at WrestleMania 36. The Phenom had produced one of his best performances in the cinematic match.

The contract signing for the match was unconventional. Styles tried to play a mind game with Undertaker and signed the contract backstage. Instead of confronting Undertaker, he sent Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson, asking Undertaker to sign the contract. Although Undertaker signed the contract, he assaulted Styles' buddies to send a strong message.

8 Battle Of Billionaires Contract Signing Before WrestleMania 23

Battle of Billionaires match happened at WrestleMania 23, where Umaga and Bobby Lashley fought representing Vince McMahon and Donald Trump respectively. Consequently, they had a huge contract signing on RAW before the actual bout.

It was one of the entertaining contract signings in WWE history. Trump and Vince took jabs at each other, but it was Stone Cold Steve Austin who made the segment incredible. Trump eventually pushed Vince over the table to end the segment.

7 Charlotte Flair And Becky Lynch (RAW, March 4 2019)

Becky Lynch's WrestleMania main event spot was in jeopardy, as she was taken out of the RAW Women's Championship match by Stephanie McMahon. However, Lynch was allowed to regain her spot against Charlotte Flair at the 2019 Fastlane. The contract signing for the match took place on an episode of the red brand.

After an exchange of words between the two participants, Ronda Rousey interrupted the segment and mauled an already injured Becky Lynch. Moreover, Rousey officially turned heel in that segment.

6 RVD And John Cena Contract Signing ( RAW, 5 June 2006)

RVD and John Cena had an amazing match at ECW One Night Stand, where the former became the WWE Champion. The build-up was as good as their match.

Although Ronda Rousey officially signed for WWE in 2017, the kayfabe signing took place on an episode of RAW in 2018. Triple H, along with Stephanie McMahon and Kurt Angle, introduced the Baddest Woman on the Planet to the WWE Universe.

Since Ronda already had issues with Triple H and Stephanie after WrestleMania 31, the contract signing didn't end well for The Game. Ronda announced her arrival and signed the contract in style by putting Triple H through a table.
