WWE has blocked content from The Revival's Scott Dawson on copyright grounds. It's pretty safe to say that the company and tag team do not hold each other in high esteem right now, with Dawson and Dash Wilder all but gone. And WWE isn't allowing them an inch of freedom while they remain under contract.

Dawson recently posted footage from a bout showing him and Wilder taking The Undisputed Era on to YouTube. WWE did not take very long before blocking it with a copyright claim, prompting the star to apologize to his followers on Twitter.

WWE made several attempts to re-sign both Dawson and Wilder but the pair have been intransigent in their stance. They famously turned down $2.5 million deals from the promotion last year.

There was a plan to book them as comedy characters at one point but it was decided that they should be buried ahead of them getting written off TV completely.

There's Gonna Be A Holdup

Dawson and Wilder are likely headed to All Elite Wrestling, who have already signed Matt Hardy and Luke Harper (now Brodie Lee). But Dawson, whose contract expires next month, will have to wait on Wilder if the intention is to sign on as a tag team as WWE added time to the latter's contract to make up for time lost due to injury.

Wilder's deal is up in June, which means Dawson would have to endure a wait of two months plus if he wants to debut alongside his partner.
