The WWE Draft took place recently, and now the lay of the land has been made clear with the two shows once again having separate rosters, giving fans a reason to tune in to each one, allowing them to feel unique.

While it is only early days for the new rosters and many wrestlers are just finding their feet, it has been clear right from the start which wrestlers are set to be given featured spots on their respective new homes.

In the same token, it is also clear to see which wrestlers will not be getting pushed, and are still struggling to get any minutes on television, and with that in mind, we will break down five wrestlers already benefiting from the WWE Draft, and five who are struggling.

10 Benefiting: The Kabuki Warriors

For starters, The Kabuki Warriors are actually being showcased on WWE television now, which is a far cry from how Asuka and Kairi Sane have been treated in the past few months by the company.

Both women are insanely talented and are two of the best wrestlers in the company, so the fact that the WWE Draft has shaken things up to allow them to be utilized is a fantastic decision.

Not only has it benefited them, but it has also massively benefited the Women's Tag Team Championships, which have struggled to be taken seriously since being brought into WWE, but now they are being showcased, that could change.

9 Struggling: The Miz

It hasn't been a great few months for The Miz, who was drafted to SmackDown during the latest WWE Draft, and sadly this move hasn't changed his situation, with WWE seemingly forgetting how talented he is.

It seems that every week the company just wants to place him into the exact same role of hosting Miz TV, helping to promote the storylines of everyone else without getting anything for himself.

Miz has been stale since his feud with Shane McMahon ran its course, and he is crying out to return to being a top heel who can compete with the very best in the company.

8 Benefiting: Drew Gulak

Even though Drew Gulak has spent both of his opportunities on Friday Night SmackDown being attacked by Braun Strowman, the former Cruiserweight Champion has at least been put on the show two weeks running.

Gulak is getting the chance to shine and show his personality, bringing back his powerpoint presentations which is how he ended up winning over the powers that be on 205 Live as well.

It is clear that those behind the scenes on SmackDown see potential in Gulak and believe that he could be a star on the main roster, and hopefully, he is now going to keep being showcased as a top talent moving forward.

7 Struggling: Luke Harper

As soon as WWE announced that Luke Harper was going to be splitting from Erick Rowan, it was clear that it wasn't good news for him, and he has once again gone back to the bottom of the pile.

Harper had only just been brought back to television recently to work alongside Rowan, and if WWE was smart they would have just been allowed to thrive as a top tag team on one of the shows.

Instead, Harper has gone back to complete obscurity, and it is unlikely he is going to find his way back to any sort of relevance, as WWE has always struggled to book him as a singles wrestler.

6 Benefiting: Nikki Cross

WWE made the decision to move Nikki Cross to SmackDown later on in the WWE Draft, as originally she and Alexa Bliss were placed on Raw. However, switching back to the blue brand has worked wonders for her.

Cross has already been made the number one contender to the SmackDown Women's Title, and while it a shame she isn't working with Alexa Bliss as much, having someone as talented as her in a major singles feud is great to see.

Cross has all the talent in the world and is more than capable of being a top star for the company as a Women's Champion, and while it might not come straight away, it is clear WWE sees that in her future.

5 Struggling: Eric Young

Back in NXT, Eric Young was seen as a major talent and someone who could have had an amazing career with the company, yet ever since he debuted on the main roster it is as if the company has forgotten all about him.

While breaking up SAnitY didn't help his cause, there is no denying he has enough talent and experience to make things work as a singles wrestler, but even after the WWE Draft he remains someone who seemingly has no prospects with WWE.

The company hasn't given him anything to work with and it seems he is now just destined to be a lower-card talent who fills in for lumberjack and battle royal spots to make up the numbers.

4 Benefiting: Street Profits

The former NXT Tag Team Champions have been popping up on the main roster for a while now, hosting backstage segments on a weekly basis on Raw, but it wasn't clear when they were going to make the move to the roster full-time.

Well, the WWE Draft was that move and WWE hasn't wasted any time in featuring them as top talents, putting them in the main event segment from the first week, scoring a huge victory over The O.C.

While they could have easily ended up not getting utilized correctly, thankfully, WWE seems to see huge upside in the Street Profits, and rightfully so, as they're incredibly popular and have all the talent to back it up.

3 Struggling: Liv Morgan

Ever since The Riott Squad was split up, all three members have struggled to make an impact in WWE, and while Ruby Riott has been injured, neither Sarah Logan or Liv Morgan have managed to get a run together on television.

Logan has managed to perform on Main Event, but Liv Morgan has been left completely in the dark, and after the WWE Draft many thought that was going to change, even though she was technically picked last.

WWE made a big deal during the Draft about the fact Morgan was the last pick, emphasizing how she could be a sleeper hit, but the fact that she hasn't been on television since then shows that perhaps she was picked last because WWE has zero plans.

2 Benefiting: Humberto Carrillo

This was quite an unexpected surprise for most wrestling fans as nobody really expected Humberto Carrillo to be a featured talent on the main roster when he was drafted from 205 Live.

While Carrillo thrived on the cruiserweight brand, many did wonder if he would even get an opportunity on the main roster as it has been very hit or miss so far for other cruiserweight talents making the jump.

However, Carrillo was immediately given a major opportunity to have a singles match with Seth Rollins, and while he didn't come out on top he was certainly showcased to be a major threat and someone who could potentially be a star in the future.

1 Struggling: Matt Hardy

Technically, Matt Hardy wasn't even part of the WWE Draft, as he was actually placed during the first episode of WWE Backstage like many other talents, which is crazy when you consider how big of a name Matt Hardy is.

While he is obviously not as big of a draw as a singles wrestler as he would be alongside his brother, Jeff, there is no doubt that someone as talented as Matt Hardy should be getting used in a featured way.

While nobody expects Matt Hardy to be the World Champion anytime soon, having him in the mid-card working with the young talent could really be a massive benefit for talents in their personal developments.
