Because WWE fans are so passionate when they set their minds on something they constantly voice their opinions until it happens. Most of the time, fans get what they want, but that isn't always the case. There are plenty of examples throughout history where WWE has simply ignored its fanbase and not done what they were desperate for them to do.

10 Return Raw To Two Hours

When WWE first announced Raw was moving to three hours, there was some real excitement about the opportunities for more storytelling, young wrestlers getting chances, and more great wrestling.

However, it has ended up being more of a burden than a blessing and is actually something that fans would really like to change. However, the extra hour of television is a big moneymaker, and it remains unlikely that this will ever budge.

9 John Cena Turns Heel

John Cena turning heel is one of the most talked-about situations that has never happened in wrestling history. Fans have always been desperate to see Cena turn heel since turning face in 2003, just to see what he is capable of and how his character would be.

Because he has been the number one babyface and an increasingly vanilla good guy, fans wanted to see what he would be like as a heel. It could have really shaken up his character, but it was sadly something WWE never made into a reality.

8 Rusev Day

Rusev Day

All fans wanted was WWE to take Rusev Day seriously. Many fans wanted WWE to push Rusev as a monster babyface main event star with Aiden English and Lana by his side, which is something that his in-ring talent absolutely deserved.

Rusev was massively over with fans and should have been pushed to reflect that, but it didn't come about for him. He was more than capable of it and the fans were behind him, but it just never happened, with Rusev struggling in the mid-card instead.

7 Zack Ryder Being Pushed Long-Term

Speaking of a wrestler who fans were desperate to see be taken seriously in WWE, Zack Ryder is someone WWE really dropped the ball on. Ryder was ahead of his time in WWE, utilizing social media and YouTube far quicker than anyone else did.

The Internet Champion was super over with fans, but WWE never gave him the push that he deserved. Instead, the company treated him incredibly poorly in booking situations and that was just a major disappointment.

6 Intergender Wrestling

This isn't something that absolutely every wrestling fan has been calling out for, as there is a portion of fans who are very against this. However, there is a huge fanbase for intergender wrestling being brought into WWE.

It's something that could create really compelling storylines if done right and it would really help to get women's wrestling over even more so than it is today.

5 CM Punk Headlining WrestleMania

CM Punk

CM Punk was the top star of his era in WWE, dominating the main events of countless PPVs, holding all the top titles and being incredibly entertaining. Because of that, audiences were desperate to see him get a WrestleMania main event spot.

Sadly, that doesn't seem to be something that will ever happen now Punk is out of the wrestling business. He should have been given a WrestleMania main event match during his career, but it just didn't happen for him.

4 What's In The Lockbox?

The McMahon Family

There are many storylines throughout WWE history that have just been left hanging in mid-air, and one of the big ones was between The Undertaker and Shane McMahon. The whole mystery lockbox is something that was just never answered.

This was the big reason that Shane McMahon was able to compete for control of Raw, as he had something over his father. However, what was in that box was never learned.

3 Focused Tag Team Wrestling

New Day v Usos

Tag team wrestling is amazing when done correctly, yet for some reason, WWE has never made it a priority. Sure, there have been some positive moments, but there has never been a big push for them to be main eventers.

2 A Physical Hall Of Fame

DX HOF induction

The Hall Of Fame is always one of the most exciting evenings in wrestling history, and seeing legends get honored is something they deserve. But there is no physical Hall Of Fame Museum to commemorate these legends.

Something interactive with lots of props and memorabilia that fans would really enjoy looking at could be massive for WWE. WWE certainly has the archives to make this happen, but so far, it hasn't.

1 The End Of PG Weekly Programs

This is something that many WWE fans will consistently talk about and is something that is unlikely to change in the foreseeable future. However, from the moment that WWE turned PG, fans have been demanding WWE went back on things.

However, WWE makes so much money from sponsors and having families attend the shows that it is just not something the company is ever going to entertain.
