3 WWE Couples Who Are Engaged (& 7 Who Are Married)

Many WWE Superstars have found love amongst each other throughout the years. With the dedicated hours of work and extensive traveling, it is understandable that the locker room would grow close to one another and many couples have found love after featuring in romantic kayfabe storylines that have thrived—and withered—on WWE television.

2019 has been an incredible year for the WWE Superstars, many of whom have gotten married or engaged as the year has progressed. Some couples have been featured heavily in the public eye and some prefer to keep the line between real-life and kayfabe clear. Here are three WWE couples who are engaged and seven who are married.

10 Engaged: Becky Lynch & Seth Rollins

Seth Rollins and Becky Lynch are the power couple of WWE's modern era. The Architect is a former Universal and WWE World Heavyweight Champion and, despite the recent controversy, is a talented asset to the company. The Man is the current Raw Women's Champion and her meteoric rise to the top saw female Superstars competing in the main event of WrestleMania for the first time.

Their relationship was introduced into kayfabe earlier this year when Rollins and Lynch feuded with Baron Corbin and Lacey Evans. Lynch announced their engagement on Twitter in August.

9 Married: Renee Young & Jon Moxley

Canadian broadcaster Renee Young met Jon Moxley during his WWE days where he was known more famously as Shield member Dean Ambrose. Fans speculated that the two were involved in a relationship, which was confirmed when Young and Moxley appeared in the sixth season of Total Divas.

The two married in a Las Vegas ceremony in April 2017 before Moxley's departure from WWE. Their marriage was also the center of a WWE angle which saw The Miz berate Young on SmackDown.

8 Engaged: Zack Ryder & Chelsea Green

Zack Ryder is a veteran of the WWE roster, having made his debut in 2005. His fiancee Chelsea Green is currently signed to NXT and is a former TNA Knockouts Champion known for her work on the independent circuit.

The two got engaged in April during WrestleMania season. Ryder appeared on the Major Wrestling Figure Podcast and jokingly proposed to Green before proposing for real by the Empire State Building on Green's birthday.

7 Married: CM Punk & AJ Lee

CM Punk and AJ Lee met in WWE and were also involved in a romantic storyline angle. The Black Widow originally debuted as the kayfabe girlfriend of Daniel Bryan before pursuing Punk in 2012, pushing both Superstars through a ringside table on an episode of Raw.

The two former champions got married in June 2014 around the same time as Punk's departure from the company. Lee retired from professional wrestling in 2015, citing health issues and feeling "caught in the middle" of WWE's disputes with her husband as the reason in her memoir Crazy Is My Superpower.

6 Engaged: Bayley & Aaron Solow

Bayley is one of the most successful female Superstars in WWE and is recognized by the company as the first female Grand Slam Champion. She met her fiance Aaron Solow in 2010 and the two got engaged in 2016.

Solow is a successful wrestler on the independent circuit and has wrestled in dark matches for NXT, as well as being an alternate for the Cruiserweight Classic.

5 Married: The Miz & Maryse

The Miz and Maryse are both former champions, with Miz holding the WWE Championship in 2010 and Maryse capturing the Divas Championship twice during her career. They are another successful WWE power couple and their marriage has been involved in several angles, including a match against John Cena and Nikki Bella at WrestleMania 33.

The two are the stars of their reality show titled Miz & Mrs and featured on the sixth and seventh season of Total Divas. They were married in 2014 and have two daughters.

4 Married: Zelina Vega & Aleister Black

Zelina Vega and Aleister Black's relationship came as a surprise to most fans as the two rarely posted about their romance on the Internet. Their kayfabe relationship is much different, with Black having fallen victim to Vega's hurricanrana during matches against Andrade.

The two former NXT Superstars got married in 2018 in a private ceremony. Their wedding photos were uploaded online after Black made his main roster debut, which, ironically, saw him compete against the wrestler Vega currently manages.

3 Married: Daniel Bryan & Brie Bella

As with The Miz and Maryse, Daniel Bryan and Brie Bella are another WWE power couple who have featured in reality shows Total Divas and Total Bellas. Their marriage was included in a storyline angle in 2014 which saw Stephanie McMahon involve Bella in the ongoing narrative involving Daniel Bryan and Kane, with McMahon and Bella having a match at SummerSlam.

Bella announced their engagement in September 2013 and the couple were married in April 2014. They have one daughter who was born in 2017.

2 Married: Rusev & Lana

Despite what the current questionable kayfabe storyline involving Bobby Lashley may say, Lana and Rusev are still married. The Bulgarian Brute and the Ravishing Russian debuted together on the main roster in 2014 with Lana acting as the manager of an unstoppable Rusev.

The couple got married in 2016. Their relationship and wedding were featured on Total Divas with the couple having two ceremonies in America and Bulgaria.

1 Married: Nikki Cross & Killian Dain

Killian Dain and Nikki Cross were both NXT Superstars before the Twisted Sister's ascension to the main roster, which saw her win the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships alongside Alexa Bliss. Both were members of SAnitY and made their debut on SmackDown before the faction disbanded and Dain returned to the black and gold brand.

Cross and Dain got married in January 2019, with Cross making their marriage public by sharing a photo of the couple from 2008 online. Their relationship has been kept separate from kayfabe, with the two Superstars having been stablemates only during the early days of their WWE careers.
