The biggest story in the WWE over the past few months is the departure of The King of the Cruiserweights. Although we haven’t heard any facts about his situation with the WWE thus far, the latest hint from the Oct. 24, 2017, episode of 205 Live could tell us that he is indeed gone, perhaps for good. This departure certainly came out of nowhere, and it has been reported on for weeks and weeks, but this was all hearsay with no facts to back it up. Yet, during the show's intro this week, the WWE cut Neville’s three appearances, and it could tell us a lot about his future.

Usually, if someone leaves, WWE makes official statements on the situation, but we haven’t seen that thus far, and they haven’t even addressed the situation in kayfabe (Enzo Amore was cutting promos on house shows, but they have since stopped). For fans of Neville in the WWE, it could be the end. On the episode the week prior, we saw Neville in the intro three times. Now, his Red Arrow has been replaced by Mustafa Ali, and his scowl has been replaced by both Drew Gulak and Tony Nese. Although it’s not an official statement/stance, it certainly gives the viewer the opinion that he is gone.

Without Neville, the 205 Live division will be built around Enzo Amore, but with the division’s two biggest stars before him both leaving in shock moments, WWE should really look to change things up or the division could be dead within the next 12 months. As we’ve said, this isn’t a factual statement from WWE on the future of The Man that Gravity Forgot, but considering they haven't addressed it for the past few weeks to this, it’s becoming very apparent that we won’t see Neville anytime soon.

So, what do you guys think? Is this confirmation that Neville may indeed be gone from the WWE? Could this still be a work from WWE? Or do you not really care about the cruiserweights anymore?
