It was Steven Richards' most successful gimmick during his stint in WWE. From the moment fans heard the sounds of sirens piercing their ears, they booed a Mormon-looking Steven Richards as he shouted into the microphone until his voice was hoarse.

A parody of parent councils and other organizations that condemned WWE for their risque entertainment, the Right To Censor quickly became one of the most hated stables in the history of wrestling. As the group continued to grow, so did their list of enemies who chomped at the bit to get a piece of the so-called righteous individuals.

10 The Hardy Boyz & Lita

The Right To Censor had plenty of problems with Team Xtreme. Richards and his colleagues would object to the high-flying stunts of Jeff and Matt Hardy and their particular love for tables, ladders, and chairs.

The Right To Censor also had an issue with Lita's attire, particularly a certain undergarment that could be seen due to her low cut jeans. Team Xtreme would overcome Bull Buchanon and The Goodfather on several occasions while Lita silenced her most prominent critic, Ivory.

9 The Undertaker

Few people are foolish enough to pick a fight with The Undertaker, but the Right To Censor decided to try their luck on an episode of SmackDown in 2001.

The Dead Man would ride his bike into a four on one handicap match against The Goodfather, Val Venis, Bull Buchanan, and Steven Richards. Taker made quick work of each member but saved his most severe punishment for Richards. As the rest of the team abandoned their leader, The Undertaker delivered The Last Ride to Richards, ending the group once and for all.

8 Too Cool

Too Cool

As Too Cool's dancing wasn't terrible, it didn't warrant constant interruptions by Right To Censor. The group of righteous citizens would pick a fight with Grandmaster Sexay, Scotty 2 Hotty, and Rikishi as they were establishing their dominance.

RTC would dedicate a lot of their time to Rikishi, who they shamed for using the Stinkface move, which they got to experience first hand at SummerSlam. However, Rikishi's posterior wasn't enough to put away the group, and RTC would ultimately come out victorious.

7 Trish Stratus

Right To Censor member Ivory was already the Women's Champion when she joined the group, and instead of running away from opponents, she would pick fights with some of the top ladies of the division.

Trish Stratus would be one of the top targets on Ivory's list and would face her along with Molly Holly at Armageddon 2000. Ivory would go on to retain the Women's Championship but continue to provoke Stratus and other revealing members of the roster.

6 Val Venis

Val Venis makes his entrance

Before becoming a member of RTC, Val Venis would enter the arena to the sound of "hello ladies," followed by a sexy saxophone solo reminiscent of the adult film industry he claimed to be a part of. As his gimmick was starting to run thin, he found himself confronted by the Right To Censor, who promised him a better path.

Venis attempted to fight back but would come up short in every match against the group. He would then be presented with a stipulation that if he lost again, he would have to join the group. After failing once again, Venis traded his bath towel for a crisp white shirt and black tie.

5 Chyna

During the time the Right To Censor was running rampant over the roster, there weren't many women tougher than Chyna. After a few mixed-tag matches, Chyna and Ivory would become involved in a rivalry that would be one of the highlights of WrestleMania X-Seven.

In the lead up to their encounter, Ivory would injure the neck of the Ninth Wonder Of The World with a piledriver. However, Chyna would make her miraculous return at the showcase of the immortals and defeat Ivory for her coveted Women's Championship.

4 The Godfather

Few characters could get fans excited like The Godfather. Every night that he appeared, he would be accompanied by a harem of women who would dance with him as he strolled to the ring.

It was only a matter of time before Steven Richards would condemn The Godfather's antics and force him to join his cause. After losing several bouts to Richards and Bull Buchanan, The Godfather would give way to The Goodfather.

3 The Kat

Fans might not remember The Kat's antics during the Attitude Era. She was most known for intentionally flashing her chest at the Royal Rumble and pushing the boundaries of nudity on WWE TV and PPVs.

She gained the attention of the Right To Censor when she began demanding a right to be nude. Steven Richards would consistently interrupt any attempt from The Kat to shed her clothes, much to the disappointment of the fans. Like many of their followers, The Kat would lose a match that forced her to become a member, but she would be released from WWE before it became a reality.

2 The Dudley Boyz

Bubba Ray and Devon's fascination for putting both men and women through tables is what caught the attention of the Right To Censor. The Dudley Boyz would often find themselves interrupted when Devon went to get the furniture.

The Right To Censor would successfully stop the Dudleys and force them to don the white shirt and black tie, but it would end up being a ruse. When the time was right, Bubba would get his wish and put Steven through a table.

1 APA

Drinking beers, smoking cigars, and playing poker – that's what the APA was all about, and it drove the Right To Censor crazy. Standing up for freedom of speech and their right to do whatever they pleased, Farooq and Bradshaw recruited Tazz to their cause and faced Richards, The Goodfather, and Bull Buchanan at WrestleMania X-7.

The hard-hitting APA didn't hold back and demolished their opponents, which would turn out to be the beginning of the end for the stable.
