It's the start of a new year in the wrestling world. This week's Superstar Shakeup has drastically changed the landscape for Monday and Tuesday nights. Fresh match-ups, new storylines, and NXT call-ups have got us all sorts of excited for the future. Were you happy with this year's shake up, or do you think there were some missed opportunities?

Here are 5 things we think WWE got the most right this week and 5 they got wrong.

5. WRONG - The Usos and The New Day

WWE.com

One of these teams needed to be split up from each other. Didn't happen though.

The Usos going to Raw would have been a great move. They could have even brought Naomi over with them too. Are we really all that interested in seeing The Usos get their asses handed to them by the Bludgeon Brothers week in and week out?

5. RIGHT - The Fashion Police

WWE.com

With SmackDown being an hour shorter than Raw, The Fashion Police were underutilized for the most part on Tuesday nights. On Mondays, WWE should have no problem finding time for Fandango and Tyler Breeze. If their surprise win against The Bar is any consolation, these two have a bright future ahead and about damn time.

4. WRONG - Bayley and Sasha

WWE.com

Who else wanted to see Bayley or Sasha Banks be switched over to SmackDown? Bayley could have been an excellent foil for Carmella and or/The IIconics on Team Blue. Sasha and Bayley would have benefitted with some time apart.

4. RIGHT - Shinsuke Nakamura's Obsession With AJ's Man-Region

WWE.com

Shinsuke Nakamura refused to show up to confront AJ Styles man to man, but had no problem bombarding him in his tag team match just to hit him in the groin. Again. What's this, the third time that he's hit Styles below the belt in a period of like nine days? What's his obsession with AJ's berries lately? He's such an a**hole, we love it.

3. WRONG - Roman Reigns

WWE.com

Not really sure what they're doing with the guy at the moment. Having Samoa Joe come out and speak the truth about Roman Reigns isn't going to get us to like him. Also, why do they keep having Roman coming out to talk about Brock Lesnar? If you want to get us to cheer, have him come out and kick people's asses or something, like Curt Hawkins just because. I'm hoping this all leads to a heel turn but I've been hoping that for years.

3. RIGHT - SmackDown Women's Division

WWE.com

Raw has Ronda Rousey, so they're fine, but as a whole, the SmackDown Women's Division is where it's at post-Shakeup. Now with Carmella as the Champion (she's also super hilarious by the way ), Asuka joining Charlotte and Becky Lynch in their fight against the IIconics, Absolution and even Zelina Vega around, the possibilities are endless.

2. WRONG - The Revival

WWE.com

We're okay with The Revival losing here and there. People gotta lose, we get that, but do they have to be beaten so easily by Bray Wyatt and a 43 year old? They were once tag team royalty in NXT but the main roster hasn't been too kind. Just make them last more than five minutes, please? Raw is three hours long, there's no excuse for this.

2. RIGHT - Owens and Zayn

WWE.com

At first we were skeptical about Owens and Zayn showing up to Raw. I mean how could they get hired so easily after making the SmackDown Live GM and Commissioner's lives a living hell? Who would want them on their show? Oh yeah. Stephanie McMahon hates Kurt Angle and decided to get him back by hiring two Superstars who without a doubt will make his life a living hell. Sneaky sneaky, Stephanie Stephanie. We likey likey.

1. WRONG - The United States Championship Switch-a-Roo

WWE.com

Why would Kurt Angle bring Jinder Mahal to Raw? Obviously not for Mahal himself, but for the United States Championship, right? So we thought.

So why after Jeff Hardy defeated him to win the title, would he trade Jeff to SmackDown, therefore sending the United States Championship belt he had JUST acquired, back to the blue brand? Do you understand that logic? We don't.

1. RIGHT - Big Cass and Daniel Bryan

[caption id="attachment_612127" align="alignnone" width="1200"] WWE.com[/caption] An unlikely enemy in Big Cass is a great enemy in our books. Now with Big Cass back and ready to show the world he can kick Daniel Bryan's ass (good luck, Mr. Seven Feet Tall), we can hold off on the inevitable Bryan/Miz clash at least for a little. As much as we want to see that, WWE would be smart to milk it out as long as they can. Also, Big Cass will only benefit by getting to work with the best of the best, and who doesn't like a good old David vs. Goliath story? Until next week!
