WrestleMania 34 has come and gone and it certainly produced some memorable - and not-so memorable - moments. The show started out hot, perhaps too hot, with electrifying performances from all three wrestlers competing in the Intercontinental Championship and that was followed up by potential match of the night Charlotte versus Asuka. The Undertaker and John Cena match left a lot to be desired, but served its purpose and the main event was a trainwreck from the start. It didn't help that we were forced to believe Roman Reigns could kick out of five F5s, but the lack of crowd involvement made it one of the worst main events in WrestleMania history. Sure, it was the same move over and over, but what could you have expected?

The week after WrestleMania is just as exciting as the lead up to the event as several changes are made in regard to the roster composition of both Raw and SmackDown. Superstars from NXT debut, veterans return from injury, and wrestlers are more apt to make a heel or face turn to facilitate a change in direction. Reigns is one wrestler who could certainly benefit from a heel turn, but will Vince and co. finally give in to fans demands and turn him? Or will he finally defeat Lesnar at the Greatest Royal Rumble in Saudi Arabia and perhaps get the pop the company has been looking for?

15 Heel: Sasha Banks

via google.com

While this has yet to happen, it's been teased for months now. It even appeared as though The Boss might finally make the official heel turn a few weeks ago after she attacked Bayley backstage, leading to an all-out brawl between the two. Yet, the following week she was ready to lend a hand to Bayley and the two were again willing to support each other in their matches. This has happened for weeks, even as recent as this past Monday on Raw, when Bayley, one night after eliminating Banks in the WrestleMania Women's Battle Royal, came down to support Banks in her match against Mandy Rose.

Naturally, Bayley accidentally struck Banks outside the ring and cost her the match, so the animosity is still there. Yet, neither star has officially turned. Bayley would be an interesting option, but Banks is clearly the more natural heel.

14 Face: Baron Corbin

via bodyslam.net

The Lone Wolf had an up-and-down season between WrestleMania 33 and 34. He surprised many by winning Money in the Bank, but then failed to capture the WWE Championship from Jinder Mahal, which said a lot about how higher-ups feel about his potential, given Mahal was far from a respected champion. He also added the United States Championship to his resume, but had a pretty disappointing run and was eventually relegated to the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 34. He was one of the final three competitors, but that means nothing.

He's in a weird place as he doesn't really seem to draw much of a reaction. Fans don't hate him or his in-ring work enough to shower him with boos whenever he's on the mic or in the ring, but he's obviously not a babyface. He could certainly gain momentum as an underdog lone wolf babyface character attempting to rebound from such a disappointing year.

13 Heel: Becky Lynch

via wrestlingforum.com

Becky Lynch has been a pillar of the Women's Evolution. She was the first ever SmackDown Women's Champion and is thought of as one of the best and most consistent in-ring performers in the company. However, she has been lost in the shuffle as of late given the emergence of Asuka, Ruby Riott, Sonya Deville, and even recent call-up Ember Moon. There's no telling where Becky Lynch lands in the Superstar Shakeup, but even on a new show she's going to be overshadowed.

It's not quite as though her character has become stale; rather, she's been subjected to repetitive and stale booking. It's possible she could go on a run on Raw, but not as long as Nia Jax is the champion. A heel turn would be the shock that could revitalize her career and make a babyface return that much more satisfying.

12 Face: Rusev

via wwe.com

For all intents and purposes, Rusev is face, but that hasn't exactly been established by WWE as of hours before the April 10th SmackDown. It was hinted at during the fatal four way for the United States Championship match at WrestleMania as he turned down an alliance with Jinder Mahal and, moreover, Aiden English has significantly cut down on trashing the crowd while introducing The Bulgarian Brute.

However, if there is one face turn on this list you can take to the bank it's Rusev. There may not even be a significant moment to signify the turn either as creative can just opt to let him continue being cheered and have him stop acting like a heel, which he has already toned down as of late. Then again, having him feud with Mahal could be all he needs to establish himself as one of the biggest babyfaces in the company.

11 Heel: Bobby Roode

via pwmania.com

Sticking with the United States Championship match from WrestleMania, we come to Bobby Roode, who hasn't exactly lived up to expectations since making his Glorious debut on SmackDown Live. He was great as NXT Champion and proved himself capable of competing in the WWE landscape, but has failed as a babyface. Fans are going to continue to chant "Glorious" or engage with his entrance music as it's, well, glorious, but they're obviously growing stale with his work as a babyface.

He needs the attitude we saw in NXT. Even when he's joining the announce table during matches he comes across awkward as a babyface. The right move would be to have him turn heel by attacking Randy Orton and have him get over on Orton at Backlash or The Greatest Royal Rumble.

10 Face: Cesaro

via pinterest.com

The Bar have worked incredibly as a tag team. It seemed like an ambitious stunt to pair two unhappy singles competitors together (Cesaro and Sheamus have even admitted as much in the past), but they have kept the Raw tag team division somewhat relevant for the better part of the past year. Regardless of how you feel about The Bar, it's evident they're better suited as Raw Tag Team Champions than just about any team currently on Raw's roster.

However, their demise is inevitable and when it comes one of them is going to have to turn babyface. Sheamus is far better as a heel and probably couldn't get over as a babyface with his stupid haircut, but Cesaro has been a favorite among fans for years. He's extremely underappreciated by WWE and fans would be more than happy to see him earn a babyface push coming out of his alliance with Sheamus.

9 Heel: Kurt Angle

via inquisitr.com

Both Kurt Angle and Triple H were absent from the opening segment on the Raw after WrestleMania, although the former was present backstage throughout the night. It seemed a bit odd to not have The Game present to say anything in regard to Angle, but it's likely he's moving on to a build with John Cena, who he is facing at the Greatest Royal Rumble. Angle, meanwhile, is seemingly left without much to do other than have fake conversations on his phone backstage.

Perhaps his time as Raw GM is nearing its end. However, he was always great as a heel and could certainly fill the heel executive role with Stephanie McMahon absent from TV - how many broken arms can she get? It'd be interesting to see Angle turn on Rousey in the near future to continue the narrative of turning her into the female Stone Cold Steve Austin.

8 Face: Big Cass

via caq.fr

This one also seems like a no-brainer, despite the fact the company seems desperate for good heels at the moment. However, Big Cass has primarily worked as a babyface throughout his career, especially in WWE, where he was paired with Enzo Amore. He turned heel last year and was just getting over an easy squash feud with Amore, but suffered a torn ACL that kept him sidelined since last August.

The rumor is that he has been cleared to wrestle as of mid-March, but we have yet to see him make his return. One theory floating around is that he is getting a name change; WWE recently filed a trademark application for Colin Cassady, which was his former ring name. Maybe he just gets a name change, but it's hard to imagine him as a heel given his relation to Amore, who himself turned heel and was revealed to be a bit of a troubling figure outside the ring.

7 Heel: Roman Reigns

via royaltyfreeimage.us

If it ain't broke, don't fix it. And if it is broke, keep trying your best to make it work regardless. That has been the WWE's motto for years and it particularly applies to Roman Reigns, who was booed heavily at WrestleMania and the Raw after Mania. That should be no surprise, but it sucks for Reigns, who is obviously passionate about his job and regularly puts in solid efforts night after night. He might not be the fans' favorite wrestler, but he's one of the hardest-working. Chris Jericho even said as much on a recent episode of his podcast.

However, as hard as the WWE tries, he just isn't going to be liked - as a babyface anyway. He was destroyed on the Raw after Mania by the returning Samoa Joe, who is supposed to be the heel in the scenario, but received the loudest pops of the night in criticizing Reigns. The Samoan will probably win the Universal Championship at the Greatest Royal Rumble, but it'd be much better for his career if he lost and turned heel there instead. He might even actually get cheered for doing so.

6 Face: Sami Zayn

via wwe.com

There have been several opportunities for the WWE to turn Sami Zayn babyface in recent weeks, but they have failed to pull the trigger, likely because it wasn't even that long ago that he turned heel and helped his best friend Kevin Owens escape victorious in his match with Shane McMahon at Hell in a Cell. He has been doing some of the best work of his career as a heel, but it's apparent he and Owens aren't going to last much longer as a team and it's incredibly unlikely Owens turns babyface.

Surprisingly, Zayn has still yet to win a championship in the WWE and a babyface turn could position him well to challenge for either the United States or Intercontinental Championship down the line.

5 Heel: Dean Ambrose

Several wrestling publications have been suggesting that, upon return from his injury, Dean Ambrose could turn heel and it makes plenty of sense. As noted previously, there's a lack of quality heels on the roster with Braun Strowman turning babyface months ago. If we're only counting Raw, outside of Lesnar (who is never present) and The Miz (who is at least respected), there's Elias and Samoa Joe, both of which are cheered at times.

Ambrose was kayfabe put out of action by Joe and while we might need to see a feud between the two upon his return, it would make too much sense to have The Lunatic Fringe turn heel following that. He could instantly spice up the card on either Raw or SmackDown.

4 Face: The Miz

via wwe.com

OK, so hear me out on this one. The Miz is going to feud with Daniel Bryan at some point in the future, whether it's on Raw or SmackDown. And he's obviously going to be a heel at that point. However, it would be in WWE's best interest to hold off on that until WrestleMania 35, when it could very well headline the event. In the meantime, it wouldn't be an awful idea to give The Miz a run as a babyface for a few months, with the reason being his newborn daughter Monroe Sky.

The Miz has already spoken at length during his promos how she has changed his life. He even spoke like a babyface in complimenting his WrestleMania opponents during the Raw before WrestleMania 34 and left The Miztourage behind so he could attempt to win on his own. Fans love to hate The Miz, but they also just love him. Perhaps it's out of the realm of possibility, but imagine the pop of a babyface Miz being the one to finally beat Brock Lesnar for the Universal Championship.

3 Heel: Shinsuke Nakamura

via bleacherreport.com

It's true that this already happened, but we can't exclude one of the most shocking heel turns in recent memory. In retrospect, it was the absolute right thing to have Shinsuke Nakamura turn heel if he was going to lose to AJ Styles at WrestleMania. Ideally, he would have won and continued a longstanding feud with The Phenomenal One, but having him lose and chase the WWE Championship as a heel adds a missing spark to their stale feud.

That's right. Both Styles and Nakamura are among the best in-ring performers in the company, but the build up to their WrestleMania showdown was disappointing to say the least. It's hard to make an emotional match when both competitors are face and relatively weak on the mic. We can't wait to see where this feud goes from here.

2 Face: Bray Wyatt

via wrestlingrumors.com

Again, this one already happened, but it'd be remiss to leave it out of this list, especially since Bray Wyatt had been positioned as one of the leading heels in the company for the past few years, despite being considered somewhat of a fan favorite at times for his brilliant promos and in-ring work. Wyatt was tossed into the Lake of Reincarnation at the Hardy Compound a few weeks prior to WrestleMania and we hadn't heard of him since, so his appearance during the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal was a welcome one.

The WWE Universe had about all it could manage with the Hardy and Wyatt feud so the only logical next step was to have Wyatt join forces with Hardy and his Woken Warriors. The two will immediately bolster a Raw tag team division in need of a charge.

1 Heel: Finn Balor

via bleacherreport.com

Even without a babyface turn from The Miz, Finn Balor could seriously benefit from a heel turn. Like Shinsuke Nakamura, he has been underwhelming in the past year, which is mostly due to poor booking and not a lack of talent, but a change of direction could help in that regard. Balor is incredibly likeable, but he does have sort of a cocky smile that would work great as a heel.

It wouldn't even be that hard to have him turn. He is already aligned with Balor Club members Gallows and Anderson who were heel as of a few months ago and he has a legitimate reason for doing so. He is technically still owed a Universal Championship shot and he can wreak havoc on Kurt Angle and others until he gets what he wants.
