After reports of backstage heat building up on Alberto Del Rio, the WWE has now announced that Jose Rodriguez has been suspended for 30 days, effective tomorrow, August 18th. Del Rio has been suspended for his first violation of the company's talent wellness policy.

This is terrible timing for Del Rio, whose contract is up in October and reports have been surfacing that he has backstage heat with Triple H.

It sure doesn't look like WWE will be re-signing Del Rio when his contract expires.

At least he still has Paige.
