It seems that there is a new WWE couple or a new WWE break-up reported almost every week in this current era, which means that there are a lot of stars in the locker room right now who were once in relationships. As well as this there are a number of stars who used to be in relationships but are now reportedly single. While many of these stars are said to be quite happy since being single there are also some that could be said to be upset following these break-ups and have been unable to move on in their love life.

It's hard for some stars to move on especially if they are in the same locker room, which could be why there a number of stars who you could claim definitely regret their break-ups. There are also a number of other stars who have been able to move forward with their relationships since their break-ups and couldn't be happier with their new partners. The following list looks at just eight WWE stars who regret their break-ups, as well as seven wrestlers who couldn't be happier to be out of the relationships that they were once connected to.

15 Regret: Dolph Ziggler

Dolph Ziggler is one of the best pure wrestlers that WWE has at their disposal right now, but one of the biggest things that the WWE Universe know about Ziggler revolves around his prior relationship with Nikki Bella. This was something that was touched on as part of Total Divas in it's first few season and over the past few years while Nikki has been able to move on, Dolph has still been pining for his former girlfriend.

Ziggler has been in numerous relationships since his split with Nikki back in 2012 but it seems that he will always hold a candle for the former Divas Champion since he still seems to harbour feelings for Nikki even though it's been almost six years since their break-up.

14 Happier: Paige

Paige's 2017 was definitely a rough one but following her split from Alberto Del Rio towards the end of last year, Paige is finally ready to move forward with her life and as even announced that she is in a new relationship with the bassist of the band 'Attila', Kalan Blehm.

Paige's wrestling career may be up in the air right now but she is finally trying to get her personal life in order after all of the issues that she faced last year. Paige has finally got back on WWE TV and is now being seen as the wrestler she always was, Paige may have had a rough year, but the former Divas Champion couldn't be happier to be in a new relationship and heading down a new path in life having recently opened her own online clothing store.

13 Regret: Alicia Fox

Alicia Fox recently announced that she was single once again, which would be the second time in as many years, the former Divas Champion has been finding it hard to move forward with her romantic life ever since her split with Wade Barrett back in 2014.

The couple dated for two years and were seemingly happy before Barrett decided that he didn't see a future with Alicia and the duo then parted ways. The couple was happy to discuss this as part of Total Divas where Alicia questioned Wade's motives when it came to their breakup and the fact that it was his decision and not a mutual one could be one of the reasons why Alicia is finding it hard to move on.

12 Happier: Mickie James

Mickie James was known to have had an affair with John Cena back in 2008 which ended the relationship between her and Kenny Dykstra. At the time Mickie thought that it was the right thing since she was moving on to a relationship with Cena, but this wasn't what Cena wanted.

While this affair ruined Mickie's WWE career at the time, she has since been able to move forward with her wrestling career, meet the man of her dreams, marry and give birth to her first child. Mickie seems as though she's happier than ever with her husband Magnus and she would never have met him if her affair with Cena didn't essentially force her out of the company just a few years after it became public knowledge.

11 Regret: Melina

Melina and John Morrison were inseparable ever since they met as part of Tough Enough more than a year before they debuted on WWE TV as two-thirds of MNM. It was well-known that the couple were in a relationship at that time and they went on to date for more than a decade before their split was announced back in 2015.

Melina's erratic behaviour was one of the reasons for the split and she has been unable to move on romantically ever since. Morrison is due to marry fellow Lucha Underground star Taya Valkyrie later this year, and knowing that her ex-boyfriend has moved on and is ready to make it official in a few months time can only add to the regret Melina feels for letting him go.

10 Happier: CM Punk

CM Punk once had one of the worst reputations backstage when it came to his love life since he was known to have dated a number of former WWE stars including Kelly Kelly, Beth Phoenix and Maria. Punk's last break up from WWE Hall of Famer Lita back in 2013 was said to have been one of his worst, but it has meant that he has been able to move on to marry former Divas Champion AJ Lee.

Punk and AJ Lee have been married now for almost four years and couldn't be happier. The break-up was one of the turning points of Punk's romantic life and has allowed him to move forward not just from his professional wrestling career but in his personal life as well.

9 Regret: David Otunga

David Otunga is someone who has been able to maintain his wrestling career over the past few years despite the fact that he hasn't been seen consistently on TV and he received a lot of negative attention after WWE was given the job on commentary and was unable to fit in the way that the company thought he would.

Otunga's recent breakup with singer Jennifer Hudson has left him in a strange position since she also took out a protective order to ensure that she had her son were safe after the split. The couple were together for around eight years and have a child together, but the entire breakup has given Otunga a lot of bad press that he didn't need since his current deal with WWE must be on shaky ground.

8 Happier: Nikki Bella

Even though her ex-boyfriend Dolph Ziggler has been unable to move on with his personal life ever since their split, Nikki could easily be considered to currently be the happiest she has ever been after finally having her boyfriend of five years John Cena propose to her in the middle of the ring in front of 70,000 fans at WrestleMania last year.

Cena told Nikki for years that he would never propose to her because he went through a rough divorce merely months before he started his relationship with Nikki back in 2012. The couple is now planning their impending nuptials and Nikki is now in a position where she is not only a wrestler but the owner of a number of businesses as well.

7 Regret: Carmella

Carmella is a former NXT superstar and the holder of the Money in the Bank contract right now but when it comes to her personal life, she has had a number of issues in recent months. Carmella and Big Cass started a relationship when they first worked together in NXT and have been trying to make it work ever since.

This came to ahead a few weeks ago when the couple decided to go their separate ways with Carmella revealing that it was Big Cass's issues following his injury and the fact that she felt he was never going to marry her that had caused them issues. The couple is said to still be friends, but it's obvious that Carmella regrets the split a little more than Cass.

6 Happier: Liv Morgan

It was revealed last year that Liv Morgan and Enzo Amore had decided to go their separate ways since The Certified G had cheated on his NXT girlfriend with a stripper. Liv was able to joke about this on Twitter and moved on quite quickly with former WWE United Kingdom star Tyler Bate since the couple were seen out together a number of times.

Liv has since been promoted to the main roster and has been able to prove her worth on SmackDown Live, while Enzo has been released from the company. Liv made the right choice to break up with the star after it was revealed that he had been unfaithful to her since her career has never been better and she seems much happier.

5 Regret: Emma

Emma and Zack Ryder dated for a number of years after they first met in NXT but when they were drafted to opposite brands as part of the WWE Draft, it seemed to cause issues for their relationship. The couple didn't announce their split publicly, but pictures of Ryder with Laurel Van Ness from Impact Wrestling were a hint that he had moved on.

Emma hasn't since been romantically linked with anyone else since her break up last year, but Ryder and Van Ness are often updating images together on Social Media which probably makes Emma regret ever letting Zack go. Emma has since been released from WWE and Laurel is rumoured to be signing with the company in the future, which can't sit well with the former NXT star.

4 Happier: Sable

Sable hasn't been seen in a wrestling ring for more than a decade, but she is someone that the WWE Universe remember quite well. It was Sable's relationship with Marc Mero that first opened her up to a wrestling career, but when her popularity overtook his it caused a number of problems for their relationship.

Sable has since been able to move on with current Universal Champion Brock Lesnar, the couple has been married for more than a decade and has two children together so they are still going strong. Even though the breakup with Mero was a huge blow at the time, Sable has managed to fight through it and move forward in her personal life to the point where she is much happier now.

3 Regret: Lita

Lita is a former Women's Champion and now a current WWE Hall of Famer, but her entire career took a turn when her affair with Edge was revealed back in 2005. Before this point Matt Hardy and Lita were one of the cutest WWE couples and fans were completely behind them.

Ever since her split Lita has been linked to a number of other men including CM Punk but that relationship ended when it was alleged that Punk cheated on Lita with his current wife AJ Lee. Lita's personal life has taken something of a turn over the past few years and it could be argued that she probably regrets her breakup from Matt after the issues she has faced in recent years.

Seth Rollins is one of the biggest stars in WWE right now but back in 2015, he was part of quite the scandal on Social Media when it was revealed that he had been cheating on his fiancee with NXT Diva Zahra Schrieber. The relationship between Rollins and Schrieber didn't last long afterwards either but Rollins himself has finally been able to find a woman that he is happy with.

The former World Champion revealed that he was dating a woman called Sarah Alesandrelli last year and the couple is all loved up on their Instagram images as well. Finally, Rollins can say that he is happy since his very public breakup.

1 Regret: Bray Wyatt

Bray Wyatt's divorce became a very public affair last year when his wife revealed that Wyatt was cheating on her with JoJo Offerman it could be argued that the former WWE Champion probably didn't want this part of his life made public and it has only caused him bad press ever since.

Wyatt's wife was recently in the news again as she accused Wyatt of spending the child support money that he was supposed to give to her children on his new girlfriend. Ever since their split it has been nothing but bad news and bad press for Wyatt, which can't bode well for him with WWE's creative team. Bray was WWE Champion before his divorce was made public and he hasn't touched a title since, which can't be that much of a coincidence.
