On Boxing Day, WWE will be putting on another live show at Madison Square Garden in New York, and a big stipulation was added to one of the marquee matches.

It was previously revealed that Becky Lynch and Charlotte Flair will go up against the Kabuki Warriors for the Women's Tag Team Championships. The official MSG Twitter page has since announced that the championship showdown will take place inside a steel cage.

Lynch and Charlotte took part in a fatal four-way tag team match at last week's Starrcade event for the Kabuki Warriors' Women's Tag Team Championships, but they were unsuccessful in taking down Asuka and Kairi Sane.

On this week's episode of Monday Night Raw, the Raw Women's Champion defeated Sane in a dark singles match. The Irish Lass Kicker was also victorious over Sane on the Oct. 28 episode of Raw - though the Kabuki Warriors proceeded to defeat Lynch and Flair in a tag team match on the Nov. 8 Raw taping.

Asuka and Sane captured the championships at the Oct. 6 Hell in a Cell pay-per-view, defeating Nikki Cross and Alexa Bliss, and they've held onto the title belts ever since.

According to the event's listing on the MSG website, Seth Rollins is also set to take on Erick Rowan - whose made headlines by carrying a hidden item around in a mysterious cage. Rusev is also slated to continue his feud with Bobby Lashley in a singles bout. AJ Styles, Rey Mysterio and Randy Orton are among the many other superstars advertised for the show.

Don't Expect The Titles To Change Hands

WWE Championships almost never change hands at live events like the upcoming one on MSG, so expect Asuka and Sane to retain their titles - unless Lynch and Flair capture them beforehand. But still, the steel cage showdown between these four superstars will be full of action and intensity, and the fans in MSG will certainly get their money's worth.
