WWE Stock Rises After Donald Trump Is Elected

While large portions of the world remain in shock that Donald Trump (he who "owned" Monday Night Raw in 2009 for a week before selling it back to Vince McMahon), became the President of the United States, this news will not surprise you one bit.

According to Forbes.com, WWE's stock jumped up by five percent after Trump was elected. As Forbes pointed out, it fell by about 17 percent in October, due to worries about the total subscribers.

Trump's victory is obviously great news for WWE Chairman Vince McMahon and his family. The two have a great relationship in real life, with the President Elect hosting WrestleMania IV and WrestleMania V in his plaza.

And while The Battle of the Billionaires was fun, having Trump own Raw for a week was a waste of everyone's time.
