A kick to the mid-section. Head between the legs. Hook both arms. Jump high into the air. Drive the opponent's face into the mat. That is how Triple H has finished most of the opponents he's faced during his illustrious career. It's helped him win championships, end rivalries, and retire legends.

The only other move more destructive than The Pedigree in Triple H's arsenal is his trusty sledgehammer. The Pedigree was so devastating that even Seth Rollins inherited it for some time. But not everyone has been out for the count when The Game lands his finisher.

10 John Cena

There are not many finishing moves John Cena hasn't kicked out of, and he can include The Pedigree in the list of maneuvers that can't keep him down. Cena and The Game have had several intense matches on grand stages.

At the first-ever Saudi Arabia event, Greatest Royal Rumble, John and Hunter reignited their rivalry for one last time. Both competitors kicked out of each other's finishers, and John had to perform three Attitude Adjustments to put away The Game.

9 Roman Reigns

WrestleMania 32's main event was set up to be the push Roman Reigns needed to be the face of WWE, and Triple H was going to be the one to get The Big Dog there. The Game pulled out every dirty trick in the book during the bout.

He damaged Reigns' nose, executed several low blows, and utilized Stephanie as a distraction any chance he could. After pummeling Reigns for several minutes, Triple H brought out the big guns and landed The Pedigree, but Roman kicked out. Reigns made a dramatic comeback and finished Triple H with a spear.

8 Randy Orton

Orton and Helmsley have a complicated history. Triple H handpicked Randy for his stable, Evolution, but the two fell out of favor when Orton became the youngest World Heavyweight Champion. At Super ShowDown in Saudi Arabia, the two reunited in the ring for the first time since 2010. Randy landed the RKO early on, but Triple H managed to kick out.

The Game then executed The Pedigree with Orton able to get a shoulder up before the three-count. The Viper then delivered a second RKO to earn the victory.

7 Batista

The Animal was determined to face Triple H at WrestleMania 35, and when their match was announced as a No Holds Barred fight, fans anticipated a physical confrontation. Both competitors used anything not nailed down in an attempt to physically hurt one another.

Hunter powerbombed Batista onto steel steps and then executed The Pedigree, but it wasn't enough. After a sledgehammer entered the ring courtesy of Ric Flair and a second Pedigree, The Game was able to send The Animal to the farm for retirement.

6 Jeff Hardy

When Jeff and Matt went their separate ways to attempt singles success, Brother Nero flew to the main event to face some of the top stars in WWE. At No Way Out 2008, Jeff found himself locked in the Elimination Chamber with Shawn Michaels, JBL, Umaga, Chris Jericho, and The Game.

Hardy and Triple H had met several times before and has eaten a Pedigree or two. But in the chamber, when Jeff and Hunter were the last two competitors, Hardy was able to survive The Pedigree and keep his chances alive. Triple H then delivered a second finisher onto a steel chair to get the win.

5 Stone Cold Steve Austin

Steve Austin Triple H

The Three Stages Of Hell match between Stone Cold Steve Austin and Triple H is considered one of the best bouts between the two legends. The first of three matches was a traditional wrestling contest and saw Austin win with the Stone Cold Stunner. The second fall went to Triple H in a Street Fight when he landed The Pedigree. The third match was inside a Steel Cage.

Triple H once again executed The Pedigree, but Austin was able to kick out and keep his chances alive. The two competitors hit each other with weapons at the same time and saw Triple H collapse onto Austin to get the three-count.

4 The Undertaker

There are not a lot of moves that can keep The Undertaker down for a three-count, especially at WrestleMania. When The Game and Taker met in Hell In A Cell at WrestleMania XXVIII, fans knew the two would beat the hell out of each other, and that's precisely what they did. It was one of their best confrontations, which saw Taker kick out of not one, but two Pedigrees.

The Game's finisher and sledgehammer could not get the job done, and The Undertaker managed to win and keep his WrestleMania winning streak alive.

3 Brock Lesnar

When Lesnar returned from a dominating run in the UFC, fans expected him to run roughshod over the WWE roster. After losing his first return match to John Cena, Lesnar was able to bounce back and win some contests. Eventually, The Beast locked horns with The Game at SummerSlam due to Brock breaking Hunter's arm with a Kimura Lock.

Lesnar beat down Triple H utilizing his mixed martial arts technique. Hunter retaliated with The Pedigree, but it wasn't enough to keep The Beast down. Brock ended up answering with the Kimura Lock and winning by submission.

2 Sting

Sting had one opponent in mind when he showed up at Survivor Series, and that man was Triple H. The two would meet at WrestleMania 31, which would see the return of DX and the nWo in the ultimate battle of WCW versus WWE.

It was Sting's debut match with the company, and he was able to not only kick out of Sweet Chin Music but also The Pedigree. Unfortunately, a sledgehammer to the face was too much for The Stinger, and he ended up losing the match via pinfall.

1 CM Punk

It's no secret that Triple H and CM Punk are not fans of one another. Punk was at the peak of his popularity when he began his feud with the COO and goaded him into a match at Night of Champions.

With Triple H's position on the line, The Game and Punk did everything they could to defeat one another. The first two Pedigrees that Triple H landed resulted in kick-outs from The Best In The World. But after Kevin Nash interfered and powerbombed Punk, it allowed Triple H to execute a third Pedigree and win the bout.
