The 2019 Survivor Series pay-per-view is still two weeks away, but the WWE production team made a noticeable mistake during this week's SmackDown taping in Manchester.

During King Corbin's trash talking promo of Roman Reigns, a graphic on the SmackDown stage read that Survivor Series was only "A week from Sunday." This was pointed out by a fan to Ringside News.

Sunday marks the 10th of November, of course, and Survivor Series isn't until the 24th. So WWE was seven days off in pointing out the date for their major pay-per-view. It's just an honest mistake and all, but the one fan was clever enough to point it out. After all, it wasn't noticeable during the SmackDown broadcast.

Unfortunately for WWE, this is far from the first time in which their graphics team made a noticeable mistake. Last week, NXT talent Tegan Nox appeared on SmackDown Live, but the graphic for her name incorrectly read "Tegan Knox."

And during an episode of Monday Night Raw two weeks ago, a series of graphics on television were upside down. However, it was reported that WWE had done this on purpose.

There was also the time where Samoa Joe defeated Cesaro to reach the King of the Ring quarterfinals. However, WWE incorrectly listed on the graphic that he was headed to the tournament's semifinals.

Dean Ambrose (now Jon Moxley in AEW) also appeared on the graphics during NXT TakeOver: Toronto back in August, and his finishing move was listed as well. This was four months after he had left WWE, and three months following his AEW debut.

The Graphic Debacles Continue

Unfortunately for WWE, there have been more than a handful of noticeable graphic mistakes lately. As we've all learned, botches are going to happen every now and then. But for some reason, WWE has been committing more graphic botches than usual in recent weeks. It wouldn't help to have an extra set of eyes or two for everything down the road.
