Ali has gotten over big with the fans in recent months due to his excellent work and is the perfect candidate to take the title off Buddy Murphy. The War Raiders have become popular enough to take the titles from the Undisputed Era.

His heel turn was something which was adored by Tommaso Ciampa, who was his biggest rival and former tag-team partner.
