Tough Enough was one of WWE’s shows that searched to find the next potential superstar. Hopefuls would send in audition tapes of them pitching why they will be the next and best in-ring talent while either training or doing some physical challenges.

These contestants didn't just train in the Performance Center but they also got to partake in live shows to showcase their mic and in-ring ability against top superstars including Kurt Angle and Big Show. In addition to the training, they also received advice from the likes of John Cena, Chris Jericho, and Daniel Bryan.

Just like any reality series, the WWE Universe got to experiences the training and endurance they have to go through in order to live their dream. It's through these moments we also encounter some of the funniest moments from these contestants through their performances and behind-the-scenes outtakes.

10 10. Mandy Rose and Sonya Arm Wrestle

During behind-the-scenes extras of Tough Enough season 5, the contestants decided to test their strength against each other in an arm-wrestling competition. However, the best match between the contestants was between Rose and Deville as each time she tries to pin Mandy she gets taken out of her seat because of her height.

Eventually, Deville won the contest, but to add insult to injury while everyone was having a good time, fellow contestant Giorgia Piscina farted during all of the excitement that cleared everyone away from the table. That was one challenge no one was prepared for.

9 9. Donny Osmond And Skid Marks

Former WWE performer turned coach Bill DeMott decided to give contestants new nicknames upon calling them into the ring. The two most memorable and funniest names were given to Martin Casaus who was named Donny Osmond, and Ryan Howe who became known as Skid Marks.

The thing about reality television is once you're called a name, you're known officially as such. The contestants in later interviews mention that they are still called by their Tough Enough names.

8 8. Coming To The Ring...

During Season 5, one of the challenges the contestants had to endure was creating their characters. During this challenge, former MMA competitor Tanny Saraceno decided to go with the persona of Wildman Wayne, aka Stud Muffin wearing jeans, sleeveless flannel, and boots.

During his entry, he attempted to jump over the top ropes but his foot gets caught causing him to fall into the ring. His entrance was welcomed with laughter from the rest of the cast and the judges.

Just when it couldn't get any more hilarious, Patrick Clark comes to the ring with his persona, Rick Powers holding then judge Lita's dog. it brought laughs to everyone as the dog looks uncomfortable with its legs sticking outward.

7 7. MTV Sucks!!!

One of the most memorable seasons of Tough Enough included the likes of The Miz and former superstar, Ryback. During an episode of Smackdown, Kurt Angle comes to the ring and grills each contestant. He had his eyes set on Miz because of his background in reality television.

Angle had miz repeat his name twice before asking, "You're the MTV guy, huh?" after confirmation from Miz, Angle replies, "MTV Sucks!" which received a mixed reaction from the crowd.

Though he originally didn't win, he would later become one of the most successful wrestlers on the main roster.

6 6. Swimming With Gators

In the sink or swim challenge in season 5, the contestants had to swim through the swamp to grab one of 12 NXT championships to win. The funniest moment from this challenge comes from when the Wild Florida owner, Sam Haught when he tries to warn the contestants about the different types of wildlife that exist in the swamp.

He picks up an alligator and attempts to explain the anatomy of the reptile. During this segment, the gator gets frustrated and tries to break free leaving the contestants worried and squeamish.

5 5. We're In Nebraska...

Superstars such as Hulk Hogan and R-Truth became known for forgetting where they are during shows. On Smackdown, The Miz along with the other finalist had to cut a 20-second promo towards the Big Show.

During his promo, he yells, "This is the true story of when The Miz came to Oklahoma!" Though he got a crowd pop, Michael Cole replied with, "We're in Nebraska though." This one of the funniest scenes to come from this segment with the next coming from the other finalist.

4 4. Can You Do This?

Nick Mitchell was one of the finalists along with The Miz, Ryback, and MMA fighter turned Tough Enough contestant, Daniel Puder. Though he had only 20-seconds to deliver his promo, he made the most of it by asking the Big Show if he can hop on one leg, followed by scooting across the ring like a dog.

The promo was a mix of comedy and cringe as you watch Mitchell perform the acts in the ring. Not only did he receive laughs from the crowd, but he also received one of the sloppiest body slams from Big Show.

3 3. Get Your Popcorn Ready... Sara Lee Explodes

Tempers begin to flare with the contestants of the show, especially between Sara Lee with GiGi on being called out during their previous challenge. During this argument, Mandy Rose jumps in and they both become a target in the verbal altercation by being called bikini models.

As the argument intensifies, the male contestants can be seen in the background sharing and eating a bag of popcorn while smiling about the situation.

2 2. Booker Just Being Booker

King Booker himself is known to be featured in comical segments along with Steve Austin, Goldust, and even Darth Vader. On Tough Enough, just being himself led to some of the funniest moments with most taking place during behind the scenes outtakes.

Whether it's telling the crew to spin that son of a (bleep) up or zoom in, yelling 20 for squats, and making Billy Gunn laugh with an example of pantomiming, Booker serves as the majority of the show's comic relief.

1 1. Triple H's Further Notice

In the first season of Tough Enough, the contestants were visited by the current Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy & Development, Triple H. During his visit, he invites all of the contestants into the ring has each person take a bump to the mat.

As the contestants are taking bumps, one contestant wasn't aware of his wardrobe malfunction to where Triple H said, "Just for further notice, one of your nuts is hanging out from your shorts, you got a big hole." The contestant then tries to adjust while standing back in line. This just shows that even while serious, Triple H can still be funny.
