The Undertaker is one of the greatest of all time. Over the years, he has put on some of the industry's best matches and is widely regarded as a legend. He has also consistently been one of the promotion's strongest booked stars, winning way more than he ever lost over the course of the 30 years he spent in WWE.

He debuted as the promotion's most intimidating star at Survivor Series in 1990 and established a legacy that will probably never be outdone. 'Taker has feuded with the best of the best, but has rarely lost, making a clean win over him a special occasion of sorts. There are only a handful of men who can boast of having a definitive win over The Phenom. Here's 10 times The Undertaker lost clean.

10 Edge (SmackDown, 2007)

The Ultimate Opportunist, Edge, took advantage of a beaten down Undertaker to cash-in his Money In The Bank briefcase and become the World Heavyweight Champion. The Undertaker had just won a brutal match against Batista before he was assaulted by Mark Henry who left him battered and bruised.

Edge emerged and handed over his briefcase to the referee who promptly started the match. Edge dropped a bloodied Undertaker with a Spear and pinned him clean in the middle of the ring. The pre-match action had a big role to play in the easy win, but the match itself was clean as a whistle, with 'Taker putting over the young star.

9 Vladimir Kozlov (SmackDown, 2009)

Vladimir Kozlov was pretty much unstoppable on the blue brand in 2009. Billed as the Moscow Mauler, Kozlov ran through everyone on SmackDown before meeting The Undertaker in one-on-one action.

Most expected The Deadman to stop Kozlov dead in his tracks, but instead, Kozlov reversed Old School into a powerslam and picked up a clean pinfall victory over The Undertaker. It was one of the most shocking moments of SmackDown, but it didn't amount to much in the long run. WWE failed to book Kozlov consistently; he ended up teaming with Santino Marella and becoming a comedy character on his way out of the promotion.

8 Triple H (Insurrextion, 2002)

Triple H and The Undertaker have crossed paths in the ring on countless occasions in the past. Most fans tend to remember The Game's failure to beat 'Taker at WrestleMania, despite getting three shots at breaking the streak.

While he failed to beat him on the Grandest Stage Of Them All, Triple H beat The Phenom clean, at Insurrextion, in 2002. The event which was hosted in the United Kingdom, saw Triple H drop Undertaker with a Pedigree and pin him clean. This was soon after The Game had returned from his terrible quad injury. As the firm fan favorite, he defeated 'Taker, who was the heel at the time with the American Badass gimmick.

7 Brock Lesnar (Hell In A Cell, 2015)

Brock Lesnar and The Undertaker had a great feud that ran all the way from WrestleMania XXX, to Hell in a Cell in 2015. After the controversial ending to their match at SummerSlam, the two behemoths meet inside Hell in a Cell to end their feud once and for all.

After a great, hard-hitting match, Lesnar dropped 'Taker with an F-5 on the exposed ring floor. Even though Lesnar hit 'Taker with a low blow, he did not break any rules because Hell in a Cell matches are essentially a free-for-all, making this a clean victory for The Beast. Lesnar is the only man to have beaten 'Taker in a Hell in a Cell match twice, having beaten him at No Mercy in 2002 as well.

6 Kane (Night Of Champions, 2010)

After cashing-in his Money in the Bank briefcase on Rey Mysterio to win the World Heavyweight Championship, Kane needed a big win that would legitimize his run as champion. He put the gold on the line against his half-brother, The Undertaker, in a No Holds Barred match at Night of Champions in 2010.

While Kane had mostly fallen to the Deadman throughout his career leading up to the match, he picked up a win over The Phenom in convincing fashion in their World Heavyweight Championship match.

5 Batista (Cyber Sunday, 2007)

When talking about some of the greatest opponents of The Undertaker's career, names like Edge and Brock Lesnar are often brought up, but Batista was just as important. Back in 2007, fans voted that 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin should be the special guest referee for the match between Batista and The Undertaker at Cyber Sunday.

The match for the World Heavyweight Championship was as brutal as fans would expect, with both men hitting each other with their most powerful moves. Batista picked up the clean win after hitting The Undertaker with the Batista Bomb, to retain the championship.

4 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin (Raw, 1999)

The Undertaker was riding high as the WWF Champion when he defended the gold against 'Stone Cold' Steve Austin on the Raw after King of the Ring, in 1999. The two legends went at it in a great match that could have been the main-event of any pay-per-view.

After a back-and-forth encounter, Austin caught 'Taker with a Stunner as he was coming off the ropes. He pinned him clean in the middle of the ring to win his fourth WWF Championship. With Austin as one of the biggest faces of the company, it was the right booking call, and having the change take place on an episode of Raw made his win feel more unpredictable and special.

3 Roman Reigns (WrestleMania 33)

Roman Reigns faced The Undertaker in the main-event of WrestleMania 33 to prove that WWE was his yard now. The No Holds Barred match was a bit of a disappointment, as the two men struggled to put together a good match. It ended with Reigns pinning 'Taker and becoming only the second man to beat him at the event.

After the match, The Undertaker left his gear in the ring as he walked away, leading fans to believe that this was his way of saying that he had retired. But the poor quality of that match made him return, as he sought a fitting send-off.

2 Kurt Angle (No Way Out, 2006)

In the main-event of No Way Out in 2006, Kurt Angle defended the World Heavyweight Championship against The Undertaker in a classic battle that ran almost 30 minutes long. Both men threw everything they had at each other before entering the final sequence of the match.

It looked like The Undertaker would win when he trapped Angle in the Hell's Gate submission hold, but Angle shifted his weight to pin The Phenom and retain his championship. After the match, 'Taker lifted Angle up and they embraced in the ring, as both men knew they had just created something truly special.

1 Brock Lesnar (WrestleMania 30)

Brock Lesnar vs The Undertaker

While Brock Lesnar holds multiple clean wins over The Undertaker, nothing comes remotely close to their encounter at WrestleMania XXX. As the two men faced off, fans believed that The Beast would be the next man to fall victim to The Undertaker's legendary streak.

But then, Lesnar hit 'Taker with an F-5 and pinned him clean in the middle of the ring. Just like that, The Streak was over. While the match itself was quite underwhelming, with Undertaker getting concussed early on, the outcome was one of the most divisive, shocking and widely remembered moments in WrestleMania history.
