The WWE Women's Championship is the ultimate prize for women's wrestlers in WWE. Going back to 1985, there have been many historic ladies to hold the title, and many historic reigns to go along with them. To be able to hold the WWE Women's Championship for any length of time means you're great, to hold it for one of the 10 longest times in history means that you are one of the best.

For this list, every incarnation of the WWE Women's Championship will be counted. With all of that in mind, here are the 10 longest WWE Women's Championship reigns of all time.

10  Wendi Richter - 238 Days

The youngest WWE Women's Champion ever comes up first with Wendi Richter's 238-day reign with the title. Richter was a fan favorite and she had a knack of making history, and she did it again after she won her second Women's Championship against Lelani Kai at WrestleMania 1.

She went on to hold the title for a very successful reign before she finally lost it to The Fabulous Moolah posing as The Spider Lady at a November 25th, 1985 live event in New York.

9 AJ Lee - 295 Days

It's clear that AJ Lee was and always will be a huge icon in women's wrestling. She was a trailblazer for the women in WWE and was consistently must-see in whatever she did. Holding the Divas Championship for 295 days is just one of many accolades she accumulated in her time with the company.

AJ's reign first started at Payback 2013, and no one could touch her for the duration of it. She would go on to beat every woman in the division before ultimately losing to Paige on the April 7th, 2014 edition of Raw.

8 Nikki Bella - 301 Days

One of the more underrated women of her generation, Nikki Bella was the only woman who held the Divas Championship longer than AJ Lee. Nikki actually won the Championship from AJ at Survivor Series 2014, and for the better part of a year ran roughshod over the division.

During her reign, Bella had faced a variety of opponents including the new talent called up from NXT before dropping her title to Charlotte Flair at Night of Champions 2015.

7 Alundra Blayze - 342 Days

One of the more famous and controversial women in WWE history, Alundra Blayze held the Women's Championship for 342 days.

After being deactivated in 1990, WWE brought back the Women's Championship in 1993 with a tournament to crown the champion. Blayze was still a new kid on the block at that time but she quickly became known as she breezed through the tournament, beating Heidi Lee Morgan in the finals to win the Women's Title. She would go on to beat all challengers during her nearly year-long reign before losing it to Bull Nakano.

6 The Fabulous Moolah - 379 Days

In a major upset on July 3rd, 1986, The Fabulous Moolah lost the Women's Championship to Velvet McIntyre. Moolah wasted no time getting her vengeance when she won it back 6 days later and went on to hold the title for over a year.

Her fantastic reign finally came to an end stunningly when she lost to her former mentee, Sherri Martel, at a live event on July 24th, 1987.

5 Becky Lynch - 398 Days

The most recent addition to this list is Becky Lynch with her 398-day reign with the Raw Women's Championship. This is currently the record for the longest Raw Women's Championship reign and it would have gone on for who knows how long if she hadn't needed to relinquish it due to her pregnancy after Money In The Bank 2020.

Lynch first won the title in the main event of WrestleMania 34 from Ronda Rousey. She would go on to be one of the biggest stars of the entire company for the duration of her reign

4 Sherri Martel - 441 Days

Sherri Martel

Sensational Sherri Martel was surprisingly the one to end her former mentor's, The Fabulous Mollah's, 379-day title reign in 1987. Even more impressively, she would go on to hold the title even longer than Moolah did, as she went on to hold it for 441 days.

First defeating Moolah on July 24th, 1887, at a Houston, Texas live event, she would go on to hold the title for over 15 months before finally falling in an upset to Rockin' Robin on the October 7th, 1988 edition of Prime Time Wrestling.

3 Trish Stratus - 448 Days

Trish Stratus was very determined to be somebody in WWE. With that determination and a lot of hard work, she became one of the most legendary women's wrestlers in WWE history.

She first started her sixth reign with the Women's Title at New Years Revolution 2005 winning the title from Lita. She would go on to be one of the most entertaining things in WWE throughout her reign before losing her championship to Mickie James at WrestleMania 22.

2 Rockin' Robin - 501 Days

After Sherri Martel went on to hold the title longer than the Fabulous Moolah, Rockin' Robin would continue the streak of holding the title longer than her predecessor, defeating Sherri Martel on Prime Time Wrestling in 1988.

Surprisingly this was not an all too memorable reign, but that doesn't take away from the fact that this was the second-longest reign in history and she also held the distinction of being the final Women's Champion before the titles deactivation in 1990.

1 Fabulous Moolah - 10,170 Days

The Fabulous Moolah Women's Champion

Much different than Rockin' Robin's forgettable reign, this is one of the most memorable title reigns of any kind in WWE history. Fabulous Moolah would first start her run as the greatest Women's Champion ever when she won a tournament final in 1956.

Moolah would go on to hold the title officially for nearly 30 years, making history with every passing moment, before finally losing her title to Wendi Richter in 1984.
