Becoming a professional wrestler appears to be a very time consuming career path to take. Unlike football, basketball, and pretty much every other sport on the face of the earth it does not have seasons. The WWE machine just keeps on running all year round. One would think that they would take a break after WrestleMania, but the show goes on 24 hours later on Monday night Raw. Being a part of it and dedicating their life to the industry must leave the wrestlers with very little time to do anything else at all. Even the Christmas holidays are not off limits for wrestlers, and most spend over 300 days touring with the WWE. That alone should be enough to ensure these stars have zero personal time away from the business.

Or so we would think. Despite being constantly on the road with WWE some current and former Superstars have managed to find the time to have a relationship and have kids. While fans likely know about a lot of the wrestling parents in the business there are also just as many that would likely surprise fans if they were told they are parents. That's our aim with this article. We have put together a list of sixteen parents in total, eight fathers and eight mothers, from the wrestling business who most fans probably didn't know have kids waiting for them at home.

How many of these sixteen did you know about before reading this article?

16 Mother: Tamina Snuka

via instagram.com

Until putting together this article we didn't realize how old Tamina is. The SmackDown Live Superstar recently turned 40 and frankly she looks incredible and is still a great in ring performer. The second generation Superstar has a lot of professional wrestling in her blood but despite that she didn't get into the business until she was in her 30s. Tamina might have actually gone about her career in the right way. Snuka was married years before she ever stepped foot in a WWE ring, getting divorced in 2003. While she was married Tamina had two daughters, Maleata and Milaneta. If you have children before you start wrestling you don't have to worry about putting your career on hold in order to do so later in life, unless she wants to have more children of course.

15 Father: Karl Anderson

via pinterest.com

Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows haven't had the greatest time since returning to WWE. The Good Brothers have enjoyed one reign as the Raw Tag Team Champions but other than that they have not been given much booking wise. Hopefully that's about to change with the acceleration of the Balor Club angle. Both men have a reputation for liking to drink, party, and basically have a good time. That's only when they're on the road though as both Gallows and Anderson have wives and kids waiting for them at home. Anderson often brags about his 'hot Asian wife' on Raw but did you know that he and his wife have three sons? Gallows is also married to fellow professional wrestler Amber O' Neal and he also has a child.

14 Mother: Naomi

via wwe.fr

Despite Naomi being a part of WWE for the past nine years she is still just 30 years old. That means she hopefully has an awful lot of good years ahead of her. Those of you who have been watching that entire time are likely racking your brains right now for a period of those nine years when she was pregnant, otherwise what is she doing on this list? Well Naomi has never been pregnant and had children of her own but she is the step-mom to her husband and fellow WWE Superstar Jimmy Uso's two children. It's tough being a step parent but by all accounts Naomi does a great job of it. She also spoke about how cool her kids thought it was when she was SmackDown Women's Champion last year.

13 Father: Brock Lesnar

via bodyweight.com

Swiftly on to Sable's husband Brock Lesnar and The Beast Incarnate is not exactly the kind of guy you would imagine wanting a wife and kids. Lesnar is famously not exactly a people person and lives with his family in the middle of nowhere in Canada so that he doesn't have to interact with others more often than is absolutely necessary. The Lesnar residence is a pretty full one though. As mentioned above Lesnar and Sable have two sons together and the Universal Champion is also the step-dad to Sable's older daughter. Brock actually has some other children of his own too, a set of twins from a time before he was married to Sable. So between the two of them Lesnar and Sable have five children.

12 Mother: Mickie James

via celebencounter.blogspot.com

A lot of female Superstars may have come back for the first ever women's Royal Rumble match earlier this year but one woman had already returned and continues to appear on Raw each week. That Superstar is Mickie James. The six time Women's Champion was brought back in October 2016 as she was given a shot at breaking Asuka's undefeated streak in NXT. That didn't happen of course but what James will be enjoying very much during her second run with WWE is the fact that her son will be able to watch her perform. James and Nick Aldis, better known as Magnus from Impact Wrestling, had a son together in 2014 so by now he'll be at the point where he will remember seeing his mom on Raw every week.

11 Father: Kofi Kingston

via lifeofdad.com

Kofi Kingston may very well be one of the most underrated wrestlers on the WWE roster right now. It's almost as if a large chunk of the WWE Universe has forgotten that Kingston had an extremely successful spell in WWE prior to the formation of the New Day. Perhaps a lot of those fans weren't watching the product back then. There was even a time when it felt as if Kingston was about to become a World Champion. That never happened unfortunately but away from the ring the multiple time Tag Team Champion will have no complaints. Kingston is happily married and has two sons. Xavier Woods and Big E often joke about Kingston being older than them and that he's the father figure of the New Day, so it's almost as if he has to be a dad at home and at work.

10 Mother: Michelle McCool

via sportswallah.com

Michelle McCool was one of many women that made a comeback for one night only at the Royal Rumble this year. McCool and a litany of other former stars were afforded the opportunity to compete in the first ever women's Royal Rumble match and Michelle gave one of the better performances, eliminating a few Superstars while she was in there. It's surprising that WWE hasn't kept her around for a little longer because McCool looked to be in phenomenal shape. Clearly she has a lot going on at home and it is common knowledge that McCool is married to The Undertaker, especially after they kissed at the end of WrestleMania 33. Her and The Deadman have one daughter together, Kaia, and McCool is also a step mother to Taker's three older children.

9 Father: Scott Hall

via twitter.com

A lot of aspects of Scott Hall's personal life are extremely well known by the fans and many of those aspects are unfortunately bad things. Shooting a guy in a parking lot long before he ever made it in WWE and WCW, the substance abuse that he struggled with up until recently, and on a lighter note his work with Diamond Dallas Page and Jake 'The Snake' Roberts to turn his life around. During darker times in his life Hall was actually married twice, both times to the same woman, and together they had two children. Both of his kids, a son and a daughter, are adults now and Hall is actually helping his son become a wrestler. If he's as good in the ring as his old man then we're in for a treat.

8 Mother: Christy Hemme

via twitter.com

Christy Hemme might not be the most surprising entry on this list. She is a 37 year old woman who isn't really involved in the wrestling industry any more. Most fans would likely assume that she has children and a family and is focusing on them. The reason she is on this list is because of how amazing and rare her family is. In January 2015 Hemme and her husband Charly Patterson had their first child, a daughter named Charlie Rose. A little more than two years later Hemme fell pregnant again but soon found she was having more than one baby. Not twins, not triplets, but quadruplets! The odds of having quads are one in 800,000. What's even crazier is they were born on the same day as their older sister, so all five of Hemme's children have the same birthday.

7 Father: Batista

via blogspot.com

Fans are often surprised by the age of Batista and hence how old he was when he gained notoriety in the business. The former World Champion is now 49 years old and by the time he made a name for himself in WWE he had already been married twice. With his first wife Batista had two daughters, Keilani and Athena. They were born in 1990 and 1992 respectively so are both grown up now. In fact Batista's oldest daughter Keilani has children of her own making the Marvel super hero a grandfather. That's not a new development either as Batista actually welcomed his first grandchild into the world before he had turned 40. It must be pretty cool for them to have a grandfather who is a pro wrestler and a Guardian of the Galaxy.

6 Mother: Sable

via pinterest.com

Sable will forever be remembered in WWE as one of the most attractive and down right gorgeous women to ever grace the business. From her risque antics during the Attitude Era to her appearances in Playboy magazine, she has certainly left an indelible mark on the pro wrestling industry. Despite having so much success in WWE and dedicating much of her life to it she has also managed to have quite a tumultuous personal life. Sable married for the first time in 1986 and had her first daughter shortly after that. She then married Marc Mero and they didn't have any children but has had two sons with her current husband, Universal Champion Brock Lesnar. More on The Beast Incarnate's kids below.

5 Father: The Undertaker

via deviantart.com

Not only has The Undertaker long been portrayed as the complete opposite of a family man, but for the majority of his career his on screen gimmick has tried to lead fans to believe that he isn't even human. Despite what The Deadman and WWE want you to believe however The Undertaker is human and while he's not back building to a WrestleMania match he is at home with his family. Taker has been married three times so far in his life and has had children with all his wives. His oldest son Gunner was born in 1993, with his second wife he had two children, and he and Michelle McCool also have a daughter together as detailed earlier on in this article. Four kids in total to potentially take up The Phenom's mantle in WWE.

4 Mother: Beth Phoenix

via pinterest.com

As you will have seen for yourselves by now there were a lot of women in the first ever all female Royal Rumble match this year that have kids at home. Some of them have daughters and likely came back for the match so that they could inspire those daughters and show them that they can do whatever they want and grow up to be whoever and whatever they want to be. We don't know for certain but we would think that played a big part in Beth Phoenix coming back for the match. The Glamazon is married to fellow WWE Hall of Famer Edge and they have two daughters together, Ruby and Lyric. Lyric is currently at the age where she is starting to form her own memories and imagine some of the earliest of those being watching her mom compete in a first time ever match for female wrestlers.

3 Father: The Rock

via self.com

The Rock is one of the most famous movie stars in the world today and is pretty much universally loved by anyone and everyone who knows who he is. Sometimes it slips our minds that this is the same guy who wrestled in WWE and made a name for himself as a professional wrestler. Despite constantly being in the spotlight and being one of the busiest men on the face of the earth Rock actually has a wive and a few children. While wrestling Rock was married to his first wife and in 2001 had their first child, Simone. The Rock is now with Lauren Hashian and has had a seond daughter Jasmine who is pictured above. Hashian is pregnant at the time of typing this so at some point in 2018 The Rock will welcome his third child into the world.

2 Mother: Trish Stratus

via thesportster.com

On to Trish Stratus now and yet another mother who competed in the first ever women's Royal Rumble match. The seven time Women's Champion is in incredible shape considering she has had two children as was detailed in an Instagram post from her recently. From the outside looking in Stratus has a pretty perfect life. A WWE Hall of Famer who has won the Women's Title more times than anyone else in history. Once she retired from being a full time wrestler she married her high school sweetheart and they are still together today. The two of them also have two children together. In 2013 they had a son named Maximus then in 2017 also had a daughter who they named Madison-Patricia. Then a year later Stratus returned for the Royal Rumble.

1 Father: Stone Cold

via thepinsta.com/twitter.com

Stone Cold doesn't have the perfect home life that Trish Stratus has enjoyed for her entire adult life. The Texas Rattlesnake has been married a grand total of four times so far in his life and hopefully his current marriage, the longest of all of them, is the one that will stick (that's him with his new wife on the right). Despite his fourth marriage clearly being the one that has made him the most happy it is not the one that made him a father. It was his second marriage to Jeanie Clarke, otherwise known as Lady Blossom, when Stone Cold had his only kids. He and Clarke had two daughters together who the WWE Hall of Famer doesn't have the best relationship with. One of them lives in the same city as him, Los Angeles, and the other lives in the UK with her mother.
