WWE started holding pay-per-views way back in 1985, with the inaugural WrestleMania leading the way. It was all about putting on the most exciting cards and matches that would make fans pay for the event. When it came to wrestlers, winning one PPV match may not have been so difficult, but the following stars did it on a regular basis, and amassed at least 50 PPV wins in the process.

The following stars are truly exceptional and have had magnificent careers, putting them atop the list of most PPV wins in WWE history.

10 Shawn Michaels – 51

Shawn Michaels

It's no surprise to see The Heartbreak Kid on this list, as he is one of the greatest performers of all time. His first PPV victory was at Survivor Series 1989, when he teamed with Jim Neidhart, Marty Jannetty and The Ultimate Warrior to defeat The Heenan Family (Bobby Heenan, Andre The Giant, Haku and Arn Anderson).

29 years later, after becoming a legend, Shawn Michaels got his last PPV victory at Crown Jewel 2018, where he and Triple H defeated The Brothers Of Destruction.

9 Seth Rollins – 54

Seth Rollins' first PPV appearance was on December 16, 2012 at TLC as a member of The Shield, who won their first six PPV matches. His first solo PPV win was at Money In The Bank 2014, where he defeated Dean Ambrose, Kofi Kingston, Dolph Ziggler, Jack Swagger and Rob Van Dam to win the briefcase.

Fastlane 2021 saw Rollins claim his most recent victory after beating Shinsuke Nakamura. It's impressive that a relatively young guy like Seth Rollins (34) already has so many pay-per-view wins.

8 Edge – 57

Edge WWE

The Rated R Superstar has 53 pay-per-view wins, 20 of them in tag team matches. Obviously, Edge would have many, many more victories, but sadly injuries prevented him from doing so.

On that occasion, he teamed with Sable and they beat Jacqueline and Marc Mero in a mixed tag team match. At the moment, Edge's last PPV victory was at Royal Rumble 2021, but Edge's career is not over yet, and he could definitely score more wins.

7 Chris Jericho – 53

When it comes to in-ring skills, there are few wrestlers better than Chris Jericho and he has proven it many times. Throughout his career, Jericho had amazing moments and incredible victories against some of the best, such as The Rock and Steve Austin on the same night at Vengeance 2001, or Shawn Michaels at No Mercy 2008.

Chris Jericho’s last PPV win in WWE was against Kevin Owens at Payback 2017. Y2J had an illustrious WWE career and he will go down in history as one of the best performers of all time.

6 Roman Reigns – 59

After pinning Edge and Daniel Bryan for an epic victory at WrestleMania 37, Roman Reigns followed that up with another amazing match -and win- against Cesaro at WrestleMania Backlash, putting him at 53 PPV wins. The Tribal Chief already has several years at the top of the WWE, participating in the main event of multiple PPVs.

It seems that with each passing day Roman Reigns becomes more dominant, and more difficult to defeat. He will most likely continue to win PPV matches and will continue to climb this list.

5 Kane – 65

WWE Hall of Famer Kane won 65 PPV matches. His first victory was on February 15, 1998 at In Your House 20, where Kane stole the show by defeating Vader. Over the years, Kane was involved in several unforgettable storylines with The Undertaker, Triple H, and Edge, among others, which made him the most fearsome monster in WWE history.

At Backlash 2016, Kane got his last PPV victory, against Bray Wyatt in a No Holds Barred match.

4 Randy Orton – 77

Randy Orton

Randy Orton has 73 PPV wins. This isn't a surprise, considering he has worked for many years for WWE and is ranked not only as one of the best heels of all time, but also as one of the best wrestlers in WWE history, period.

Randy Orton's most recent PPV victory was at WrestleMania 37 against The Fiend. It was a rather peculiar match, in which Orton and The Fiend just underperformed.

3 Triple H – 87

Triple H is one of the most important characters in WWE history. Everything he gave to the company is invaluable, not only inside the ring, but also from the office. Triple H's PPV record is 87 wins and 80 losses. His best year in terms of PPV wins was in 2008, when he won 10 matches.

His first PPV victory was on August 27, 1995 at SummerSlam, against Bob Holly. Over the years he managed to defeat The Undertaker, The Rock, Steve Austin, Shawn Michaels, Mick Foley and many others.

2 John Cena – 93

John Cena

John Cena has 93 wins and 65 losses on PPVs, which is absolutely insane. Cena was dominant throughout his career, but in 2007 he pretty much swept everyone, as he won 10 out of 11 PPV matches.

So far, John Cena's last pay-per-view win was on October 6, 2018 at Super Show-Down, where he teamed with Bobby Lashley to defeat Elias and Kevin Owens. However, chances are that sooner rather than later "The Doctor of Thuganomics" will be back for another victory.

1 The Undertaker – 101

Undertaker

Arguably the most iconic character in wrestling history, The Undertaker, could not be missing from this list. 101 PPV wins are absolutely mind-blowing. Can anyone ever reach that number? Probably not.

The Undertaker will always be remembered, because he gave the fans 30 years of entertainment and countless, amazing moments. The Undertaker's last PPV win was against AJ Styles at WrestleMania 36, where they fought in a cinematic Boneyard Match.
