Professional Wrestling is not an easy sport by any means, and it takes years of practice to master. Since everyone knows about the scripted nature of the sport, the performers call for spots during the matches.

If one superstar is to put over his opponent, they must do so by selling their moves to perfection to make it look more impactful. While it's a common thing to see in most of the matches, sometimes wrestlers don't take pleasure in selling their opponents' moves.

With that said, let's take a look at ten instances when WWE superstars no-sold their opponents' moves.

10 Darren Young No-Sells A Zig Zag

Darren Young with Bob Backlund

Darren Young made a promising start to his WWE career as a part of the notorious faction Nexus. After the group disbanded, he found it hard to climb up the ladder and got lost in the shuffle until he got released in 2017.

Darren Young and his Prime Time Players partner Titus O'Neil competed in a tag team match against Dolph Ziggler and Kofi Kingston on the August 16, 2013, episode of Superstars. During the closing moments of the contest, Young took a Zig Zag from Ziggler but immediately got up on his feet.

However, Young was met with a Trouble in Paradise from Kingston and laid down for the three-count to end the match.

9 Luke Harper No-Sells An Uso SuperKick

Luke Harper has to be one of WWE's biggest missed opportunities in history. He had a good start to his career as a part of the Wyatt Family and proved that he could be a valuable tag team player. However, WWE thought otherwise and released him from his contract last year after a prolonged struggle.

Harper and Erick Rowan competed for the WWE Tag Team Championships against The Usos at the 2014 Battleground PPV. During a spot in the match, Harper took a superkick from one of the Uso brothers. Harper didn't even flinch and laid out his opponent with a huge clothesline for a near fall.

8 Piper No-Sells Ric Flair Chops

Ric Flair and the late "Rowdy" Roddy Piper share a long and great history. They were rivals in the initial stages of their career and during their prime but later went on to be stablemates and even tag team champions.

During a traditional elimination tag team match at the 1991 Survivor Series PPV, Ric Flair made a hot tag and went after Piper right away. Chops to the chest from Ric Flair can be quite painful, but Piper reacted as if nothing happened and took down Flair with a simple poke to the eye.

7 Kane No-Sells A Chairshot From Triple H

Kane and Triple H have competed against each other in three different eras. The two have been bitter rivals and even business associates throughout their careers and have put on some classic matches.

Alongside his DX partners Road Dogg and X-Pac, Triple H competed in a six-man tag team match against The Rock, Kane, and The Undertaker on the June 8, 2000, episode of SmackDown.

While Kane had X-Pac down in the corner, Triple H entered the ring with a steel chair and nailed Kane on his back to cause a disqualification. However, the Big Red Machine didn't even flinch and took down the Game with a stiff uppercut.

6 Undertaker No-Sells A Yokozuna Suplex

Weighing over 589 pounds, Yokozuna is one of the heaviest wrestlers in WWE history. The former WWE Champion has conquered multiple opponents with an immense size advantage, but he had a very tough time doing the same with The Undertaker.

Yokozuna defended the WWE Championship in a Casket Match against The Undertaker at the 1994 Royal Rumble PPV. During the bout, Yokozuna nailed the Deadman with a side belly-to-belly suplex driving his entire weight on his opponent. But The Undertaker no-sold the move and sat up much to the surprise of his opponent.

5 Braun Strowman No-Sells Brock Lesnar's Suplex

The current WWE Champion, Brock Lesnar, has taken multiple superstars to Suplex City throughout the years. No one comes out unscathed after enduring repeated suplexes at the hands of the Beast Incarnate, but in this instance, Braun Strowman proved that he's not like Lesnar's other victims.

On the September 11, 2017, episode of Raw, the two superstars had a brief confrontation before their match at the 2017 No Mercy PPV. Strowman went right after Lesnar, who caught his opponent with a German Suplex. But the Monster Among Men no-sold Lesnar's powerful move and stared down a shocked Lesnar.

4 The Fiend No-Sells Rollins' Stomp

Bray Wyatt's second coming as The Fiend has been the best thing WWE has done in a while. Bray Wyatt's new avatar is as scary as it can get, and WWE is booking him as an unstoppable force.

The Fiend challenged Seth Rollins for the Universal Championship at the 2019 Hell in a Cell PPV. The fans thought The Fiend would walk out of the devil's playground as the new Universal Champion, but things turned out differently.

However, The Fiend made a name for himself after a dominant showing against Rollins. The Fiend endured eleven Stomps from Seth Rollins but still managed to kick out every time Rollins tried to cover, with most of them being one-counts.

3 Undertaker No-Sells Batista's Spine Buster

The Undertaker is one of the toughest opponents that Batista faced in his WWE Career. The two competed for the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 23 and on multiple other occasions following the event.

The Undertaker has no-sold his opponents' moves on multiple occasions by simply sitting up after taking the damage. Batista endured the same fate at the hands of The Undertaker at WrestleMania 23.

During their match, Batista performed a massive Spinebuster on The Undertaker. Before the Animal could gear up for the final blow, The Undertaker sat up and stared down his shocked opponent.

2 Ultimate Warrior No-Sells Triple H's Pedigree

Ultimate Warrior Vs. Triple H

Triple H's pedigree is one of the most protected finishers in WWE history. The Game gas put down multiple opponents with the move, and only a select few have managed to kick out of the legendary finisher.

Triple H was in the initial stages of his career working under the ring name Hunter Hearst Helmsley. WWE booked him in a match against a returning Ultimate Warrior at WrestleMania 12, and the latter announced his return in style with a quick victory over the Game.

Triple H attacked Warrior before the bell rang and hit him with a pedigree. In response, the Warrior no-sold the move and stood up immediately, picking up the victory over Triple H in under 2 minutes.

1 Road Warrior Hawk No-Sells A Piledriver

The piledriver is one of the most dangerous moves in pro-wrestling history. The attacker lifts his opponent upside down in an inverted position and spikes his head down hard on the ring. Piledrivers can cause serious injuries to the receivers if not executed properly, and no-selling such a brutal move is very impressive.

During a tag team match between the Road Warriors and the Godwins, Hawk took a Piledriver from Henry. Despite the move's brutality, Hawk stood up immediately and took down his opponent with a huge clothesline.
