15 Good Side: Shinsuke Nakamura

It's no secret that Triple H played a major role in recruiting Shinsuke Nakamura to the WWE. From his time in NXT to his move to the main roster, Triple H has remained one of Nakamura's biggest supporters. Following his loss at WrestleMania 34, some fans questioned his direction in the WWE. But considering the fact that Triple H is extremely high on him, you can bet that good things are planned for Nakamura in the future.

Prior to their match last year, Triple H said that he considered working with Nakamura to be a dream match - that praise should give you an idea about the respect shared between these two Superstars. Even if Vince McMahon happens to be a doubter of the Nakamura hype, Triple H will certainly work his magic to make sure that he continues to receive the proper opportunities on the main roster.

Finn Balor may not be at the top of the mountain right now, but that's not to dismiss his future in the WWE. Last year, it was rumored that Triple H had complained to the RAW creative team about the way Balor was being booked. Being one of his biggest supporters, Triple H wants to see Balor reclaim his spot as the top Superstar on RAW. But it hasn't been an easy road to him as Balor has been held back by injuries and booking.

With Triple H reportedly having his back behind the scenes, Balor is probably feeling confident about his creative direction in the coming months.

In many recent interviews, Triple H has brought up The Miz as one of his favorite Superstars, claiming that he is the best heel in the company.

11 Upset With: Dolph Ziggler

In a recent interview, former WWE writer Kevin Eck revealed that Triple H played a role in holding back Ziggler. He also added that Triple H was never impressed with Ziggler since he attempted to replicate the same aura of Shawn Michaels.

Considering the source, as well as the trajectory of Ziggler's career, then it's safe to say that Triple H had a completely different view about Ziggler than the WWE Universe did. If he had been one of his "guys", then Ziggler may have been booked much better and put in positions that would have allowed him to connect with the fans. Ziggler may never reach his ceiling, but he will probably serve as a mid-carder for as long as he is willing.

10 Good Side: Charlotte Flair

Being the daughter of Ric Flair, Charlotte was always going to land on the good side of Triple H. There is rich history between Flair and Triple H, as they were partners for several years as members of Evolution. And he has also been involved with Charlotte throughout her WWE career, helping her advance in the company.

Along with Stephanie McMahon, he has been one of her biggest supporters on the roster.

And since Vince McMahon happens to be on the very same page, that would explain the huge push that she has been receiving. She has been the face of the women's division for the past couple years, and just recently ended Asuka's undefeated streak at WrestleMania 34. As talented as she is, Charlotte is also well-connected backstage thanks to her close relationship with both Triple H and Stephanie as evident by their interviews and photos together.

9 Good Side: Elias

Elias has been pushed as a prominent figure of Monday Night Raw for the past year, and his character is getting over at a quick rate. And while some had their doubts regarding his move to the main roster, Triple H has revealed that he has always been a believer in Elias, indicating that he knew Elias would work better on the main roster as opposed to NXT.

His prediction turned out to be true given Elias' recent success on Raw, and it seems like the company is fully behind him at this point. The next step is to move him to the next level as an in-ring competitor by establishing him outside of his gimmick. 5 Upset With: Brock Lesnar

It seems like there has always been some heat between Triple H and Brock Lesnar. In the beginning of the latter's career, he was destroying every Superstar in his way, and yet their paths didn't cross at the time. Some reports suggest that Triple H used to dislike Lesnar and didn't want to work with him. But Triple H has always claimed to do what's best for business, which would explain Lesnar's current status in the company.

Even if Triple H may not be too fond of him or his behavior, he realizes that Lesnar is a major draw.

And as long as Vince McMahon is calling the shots, then Lesnar is almost guaranteed to have a reserved spot in the WWE. Triple H may treat him differently in the future since their relationship has always been rocky throughout the years.

4 Good Side: Cesaro

If you must blame someone for derailing Cesaro's career, then it would probably have to be Vince McMahon. After all, he did state that Cesaro lacked "it" to become a main eventer in the WWE. But unlike McMahon, Triple H happens to be a huge fan of Cesaro and has supported him throughout his career. He has always referred to him as one of WWE's best performers, praising him for the quality matches he has had in the past couple years.

But Triple H's support hasn't been enough to convince McMahon to give Cesaro a singles push. But at least he finally has found a consistent spot on the roster by forming one of the best teams in the WWE with Sheamus. When it comes to WWE talents, Triple H always seems to have plenty to say about them but that cannot be said about Rusev. It seems like there may be slightly some heat between Rusev and management even if the fans don't want to believe it. We already know that Rusev's wife Lana has been a troublemaker in the past, landing him in some issues along the way.

And with so much backstage heat on her, it is only expected that she would also cause Rusev to be disliked. In recent months, there have been many reports regarding Rusev's frustrations with the company. He reportedly asked for his release, which likely only angered the top officials and increased any existing heat. And if he happened to be on Triple H's good side before, he may have landed in the other category now.

2 Good Side: Ronda Rousey

They may be on-screen rivals, but there is huge respect between the two in real life. When WWE recruited Ronda Rousey to the company, Triple H played a main role in bringing her over and helping her adjust to the wrestling world.
