Bayley was the last out of her Four Horsewomen counterparts Sasha Banks, Charlotte Flair, and Becky Lynch to become a permanent fixture on the main roster. However, Bayley achieved something first out of the four and that was to become a Grand Slam Champion. The Role Model is a two-time SmackDown Women's Champion with her second run with the strap being the longest reign at 380 days. She's held the Raw Women's Championship once, the NXT Women's Championship once, and the inaugural and two-time WWE Women's Tag Team Champion with Sasha Banks.

Fans infamously booed Bayley when she was injured and they grew tired of her happy-go-lucky character. Since she turned heel in 2019, she has been on another level. The Role Model tore her ACL which forced her out of in-ring competition for over one year in 2021. Bayley had to take the scenic route if she was going to win the 2021 women's Royal Rumble match. She entered the Rumble as the number one entrant and she was expected to go far.

The former two-time SmackDown Women's Champion lasted 29 minutes, and Ruby Riott was her only elimination. Her quest was ended by the eventual winner, Bianca Belair but it was a decent outing for the Role Model.

Bayley and Asuka collided over the NXT Women's Championship at NXT TakeOver: Dallas on WrestleMania 32 weekend. Stephanie McMahon was in attendance, and she was not disappointed at the wrestling she witnessed firsthand.

The Empress of Tomorrow and Bayley produced an excellent match, and it was competitive. Bayley fought her way out of the Asuka Lock. However, Asuka managed to connect with it again successfully and her record-breaking 523-day run as NXT Women's Champion began.

In the bowels of the Performance Center, there was a champion versus champion match featuring the SmackDown Women's Champion and one-half of the WWE Women's Tag Team Champions, Bayley going head-to-head with the Raw Women's Champion Asuka.

Their chemistry together always throws up an exciting match. Bayley's tag team partner Sasha Banks got involved as did Asuka's tag team partner Kairi Sane. Nevertheless, the match went back and forth, and Asuka earned the victory over Bayley.

The biggest stars in NXT, Bayley, Charlotte, Becky Lynch, and Sasha Banks slugged it out for Charlotte's NXT Women's Championship. They only needed 12 minutes and it was more than enough as they tore the house down.

Bayley was on the receiving end of Lynch and Banks working as a cohesive unit. The tone was set at fast-paced with the crowd heavily involved. Ultimately, the Boss captured the NXT Women's Championship with a roll-up on Charlotte.

The author was in attendance to watch Damage CTRL's Bayley, Io Sky, and Dakota Kai square off with the Raw Women's Champion Bianca Belair, Asuka, and Alexa Bliss in the curtain-raiser at Clash at the Castle 2022. The British crowd was chanting for Bayley, and she was trying to block out the noise.

It was an entertaining match to get the show off to a positive start. Both teams had chances to win, but Bayley connected with the Rose Plant on Belair. Sky came off the top rope to lay out Belair, and the Role Model covered Belair to secure the win for Damage CTRL.

6 Bayley Vs. Asuka - NXT TakeOver: Brooklyn 2 (4 Stars)

Bayley dropped the NXT Women's Championship to Asuka and she was attempting to regain the title at NXT Takeover: Brooklyn 2. Both received support from the crowd with chants of "Let's go Asuka" and "Let's go Bayley." The Empress of Tomorrow dominated the start of the match but Bayley found her footing.

This was a fantastic championship match, and their peers Sasha Banks and Becky Lynch came down from the main roster to watch the drama unfold. The night belonged to Asuka who retained the title with Bayley beginning her transition to Raw.

Bayley and Charlotte Flair contested one of the greatest Raw Women's Championship matches to take place on Raw. The spotlight was on them and rightfully so as they closed out Raw in the main event. Bayley was the underdog with Charlotte as the overwhelming favorite to prevail.

The atmosphere was deafening with the crowd desperately wanting Bayley to win the match. Dana Brooke interfered but Sasha Banks evened up the odds. Bayley earned one of the biggest wins in her career as she captured the Raw Women's Championship after executing her patented Bayley-to-Belly.

This was the curtain-raiser and it was a fantastic match between the former WWE Women's Tag Team Champions. It was a significant moment in Sasha's career as she retained a championship for the first time on the main roster with the Bank Statement.

It was a groundbreaking moment at NXT TakeOver: Respect as Bayley and Sasha Banks competed in the first-ever 30-minute Iron Woman match for Bayley's NXT Women's Championship. Again, Bayley and Sasha knocked it out of the park in an incredible wrestling match.

The Boss had the 1-0 lead advantage but Bayley found a way to fight back. She went on to retain the NXT Women's Championship in another epic with the Boss.
