WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus is a legend in the wrestling business. Trish Stratus' first singles pay-per-view match came against the Billion Dollar Princess, Stephanie McMahon-Helmsley at No Way Out 2001. This match was never going to be a technical masterclass, and it didn't need to be as it was a brawl between the two women.

The crowd was heavily involved in the match and they enjoyed what they were witnessing. However, Commissioner William Regal was indecisive in his decision-making regarding whether to help Stephanie or Trish. Trish slapped Regal, and Regal laid out Trish with the Regal Cutter. Stephanie crawled across Trish to earn the bragging rights.

7 Vs. Jazz - Backlash 2002

Trish Stratus was looking to become a two-time WWE Women's Champion when she challenged Jazz for the gold at Backlash 2002. However, Jazz gained the advantage before proceedings got underway as Molly Holly attacked Trish.

Jazz was in cruise control of the match, and Trish managed to get some offense in but Jazz managed to weather the storm. Moreover, Jazz expertly worked on Trish's back, and she retained the Women's Championship with the STF.

6 Vs. Molly Holly - King Of The Ring 2002

Molly Holly turned heel in the spring of 2002, and she was looking to win the WWE Women's Championship for the first time, when she went head-to-head with the defending champion Trish Stratus at King of the Ring. Molly was the aggressor throughout the match, and she applied an armbar to weaken Trish's arm.

This was a brilliant championship match that went back and forth. Molly attempted the Molly Go Round but Trish moved out of harm's way. Nevertheless, Trish dropped the Women's Championship to Molly with Molly pulling Trish's tights for leverage to kickstart her maiden run as the Women's Champion.

5 Vs. Victoria - Survivor Series 2002

Trish Stratus had her hands full in her WWE Women's Championship match with Victoria at Survivor Series 2002. The match was under hardcore rules, and it was a superb hardcore match between the competitors. Both women wanted to pull out all of the stops to make it a memorable contest.

Victoria showed the effects of the match as she was bleeding from the mouth. Trish connected with the Chick Kick but Victoria kicked out. There was a malfunction with the fire extinguisher but it eventually worked. Ultimately, Victoria clinched the Women's Championship for the first time in her career with a suplex.

Jazz was one of Trish Stratus' toughest rivals, and Jazz had success against Trish. For the second year in succession, Trish Stratus and Jazz were opponents in a WWE Women's Championship match at Backlash. This time Jazz was the challenger in their 2003 iteration of the match with Teddy Long in her corner.

Trish had a rib injury in this match, and Jazz would have been the last person she would have wanted to face. Nevertheless, it was a decent championship match, and Jazz regained the WWE Women's Championship thus becoming the only woman to beat Trish twice for the Women's Title.

3 Vs. Jazz - Insurrextion 2003

Trish Stratus attempted to regain the WWE Women's Championship from Jazz at Insurrextion 2003. This match was the curtain raiser and they went back and forth but Jazz got a stranglehold on proceedings. The women got around 10 minutes which was rare for a Women's Championship match in this era.

The British crowd was cheering for Trish and she executed the Chick Kick but Jazz kicked out. However, Victoria's interference allowed Teddy Long to slam Trish's shoulder into the ring post, and Jazz took advantage to retain the Women's Championship. A chorus of boos rang throughout the arena, but Jazz made history as the first and only woman to register three pay-per-view wins over Trish.

One of the most hotly anticipated WWE Women's Championship matches in a long while featured Trish Stratus and Mickie James slugging it out for the gold at WrestleMania 22. Trish was 448 days strong into her Women's Championship reign but Mickie was looking to bring the curtains down on her championship reign.

Despite being the babyface, Trish received a chorus of boos and Mickie was cheered. Nonetheless, all good things must come to an end and Mickie won her first Women's Championship after she laid out Trish with the Mick Kick.

Fans were treated to a dream match with the two women with the most WWE Women's Championship reigns in history, Trish Stratus and Charlotte Flair going toe-to-toe. This was Trish's second retirement match as she competed in front of her beloved hometown fans in Toronto, Canada.

Trish thrives on wrestling in her hometown, and the atmosphere was electric. Trish pushed Charlotte all the way but it was a valiant effort from Trish who rode into the sunset once again after the Queen prevailed with Figure Eight.
