A Hall of Fame induction is one of the biggest accomplishments a superstar can achieve after entering the squared circle. Every year, WWE honors some of its all-time great superstars by inducting them into the hallowed hall. While it sounds like only aged superstars would have the eligibility to be inducted, there have been many young superstars founding themselves in the hall of fame.

To date, 124 Individual superstars and 18 groups and tag teams, with ages varying from the 30s to 90s, have been inducted into the acclaimed category. Continue reading to find out which superstars were the youngest and the oldest when getting the honor of a HOF induction. The list only includes performer/former employee inductions and not Legacy or Warrior awards, including which Connor 'The Crusher' Michalek would be the youngest inductee.

10 Oldest: Vincent J. McMahonVince_McMahon_Sr

Vince McMahon Sr. was known for running the Capitol Wrestling Promotion, the company which would later go on to be known as WWWF, WWF, and finally WWE. His son Vincent Kennedy McMahon took the promotion to greater heights and honored the contribution of McMahon Sr. by posthumously inducting him into the Hall of Fame 82 years after his birth.

9 Youngest: EdgeEdge Hall Of Fame

  • At the age of 38 years and 5 months

Edge is widely regarded as one of the best heels in professional wrestling. He became one of the biggest stars of WWE during the Ruthless Aggression Era and was a strong competitor when he had to retire due to an unfortunate neck injury in 2011.

The Rated-R Superstar headlined the class of 2012 and became the youngest male inductee ever, a record he still holds today. However, the injury couldn't stop him and he defied all the odds to return to the squared circle in 2020 and is still going strong as ever.

While James Dudley wasn't a regular on-screen personality, he played an instrumental part in shaping sports entertainment as we see it today. He worked with four generations of McMahon's and had good relations with each of them.

He was an influential behind-the-scene figure. The McMahons' love for Dudley can be seen by the fact that Vince McMahon Sr. told his son, who was the new owner of WWE, “Whatever else you do, you take care of James Dudley.” Vince McMahon, too, expressed his gratitude towards Dudley by calling him an “important cog” and quoting “had there been no James Dudley, the WWF possibly wouldn't exist as it does today”. He was thus inducted into the hallowed hall in 1994 at the age of 84.

7 Youngest: SunnySunny WWE

  • At the age of 38 years 3 months 26 days

Sunny is widely regarded as the first WWE Diva. She had a memorable career where she assisted the likes of The Bodydonnas, The Godwinns, The Smoking Gunns, and The Legion of Doom among others.

Sunny also appeared on WCW, ECW, and indie promotions where she put on some in-ring action as well. She was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2011.

6 Oldest: Mae YoungMae Young At The WWE Hall Of Fame

  • At the age of 85 Years and 17 Days

Mae Young left such a mark on the history of WWE, and the Women's revolution that the promotion annually organizes the Mae Young Classic tournament in her honor. She performed worldwide before joining Vince McMahon's promotion in the late 90s.

She is widely remembered for taking scary bumps in her 90s and early 2000s. Young's contribution to sports entertainment earned her a place in the Hall of Fame at 85.

5 Youngest: The Bella TwinsThe Bella Twins

The Bella Twins, alongside AJ Lee, were at the forefront of the Women's revolution in the early-2010s which has vastly helped build the strong reputation of women's wrestling and bring it toe-to-toe with its men's counterpart.

Both Nikki and Brie Bella had their fair share of success as a tag team and as individual wrestlers as well. The two earned their ticket to the Hall of Fame as a member of the class of 2020 but were finally inducted in 2021 due to the outburst of COVID-19 in the former year. While the two were inducted at the same age, Brie was still sixteen minutes younger than Nikki.

4 Oldest: Stu HartStu Hart Cropped

  • Posthumously - 94 years 10 months 24 days after birth

Many would now remember Stu Hart just as the father and the trainer of two of the best in-ring performers, Bret and Owen Hart. However, before the two were born, Stu Hart founded and managed his brainchild Stampede Wrestling. He occasionally wrestled animals such as Bengal Tiger and Grizzly Bears for his promotion and charity as well.

He made several appearances in WWE, most of which involved Bret and Owen Hart. Furthermore, he also managed to land a blow on Shawn Michaels' face in one of his appearances. Hart was posthumously inducted into the hallowed hall in 2010.

3 Youngest: Trish StratusTrish Stratus Hall of Fame

  • At the age of 37 years 3 months 19 days

Trish Stratus was introduced to the fans in a controversial storyline alongside Vince McMahon. However, once she stepped foot for a match, there was no looking back.

She was a technically gifted wrestler and, alongside Lita, helped shape a better future for aspiring female wrestlers. Stratus was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2013 by her boss Stephanie McMahon.

2 Oldest: Gorgeous GeorgeGorgeous George

  • Posthumously inducted 95 Years and 4 Days after birth

George Wagner or Gorgeous George was a flamboyant and charismatic superstar who became widely popular during the First Golden Age of pro-wrestling in the 1940s and 50s. He was a massive crowd-puller and was adored by fans of all kinds.

His last matches were against the likes of Bruno Sammartino and others who would go on to become all-time greats. He expired in 1963 and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2010, which was 95 years after his birth.

1 Youngest: Beth PhoenixPhoenix-ceremoy

At present, it is Beth Phoenix who holds the distinction of being the youngest WWE Hall of Famer. The Glamazon earned the honor of the hallowed hall in 2017 at the age of just 36. It's astonishing how she managed to create such a massive career and get inducted into the hall at the age many other superstars get their breakthroughs.

She is a former three-time Women's Champion, former Divas Champion, the second female to enter the Royal Rumble, and also managed to eliminate the Great Khali on the occasion. An interesting fact is that while she is the youngest female inductee, her husband Edge is the youngest male inductee and the two are the first couple to make their place in the Hall of Fame.
