Hit Row are one of WWE's newest stables on the main roster, with Triple H working hard to bring three out of the four original members back to the company when he was named the Chief Creative Officer of WWE. Since then the group have been a dominant part of the SmackDown show on a weekly basis.
Inside the ring all three members are putting together great performances, and as they continue to be pushed by WWE fans are going to learn even more about them. 10 Former Member
Hit Row currently compromises Top Dolla, B-Fab, and Ashante 'Thee' Adonis, and for a lot of fans that is the only version of this group, but that is not the case. Originally, the leader of this faction was Isaiah 'Swerve' Scott, who is now better known to people as Swerve Strickland in AEW.
He enjoyed a run as the North American Champion while he was part of this faction, however WWE released Swerve alongside the rest of the group, but he had already signed with AEW before the group was brought back, which meant he was unable to return with them.
9 Previously Worked In NXT

Not every wrestling fan watches NXT, despite the popularity of the show, and because of that many fans may not be aware that Hit Row was actually created as part of the black and gold brand. Triple H put the faction together on that show, and it ended up being a great decision at that time.
They brought something completely different to the show with their rapping qualities, and the togetherness of the group clicked immediately amongst the WWE Universe. That is one of the reasons they have such strong chemistry, because the three of them have actually been a unit for some time.
8 The Hit MakerZ
Another version of this faction existed on the independent scene, as the trio that is currently on SmackDown decided to stick together after they were released from the company. WWE cut ties with them just weeks after their first call up, with Vince McMahon seemingly not buying into them.
Rather than giving up on the idea of them as a faction, the trio stuck together and began competing on the independent scene under the name of The Hit MakerZ. They continued working well, and that helped them to prove just how talented they were, even without WWE's backing.
7 Genuine Music Talent
The entire gimmick of Hit Row is based around the fact that they are able to create music, with the group putting together tracks in their studio to come into television. It's a big reason the group feels completely different from anything else in WWE, but that isn't just something that they are pretending to do.
The reality is that all three of them have legitimate musical talent, and when they claim to be making their own music that is something that is happening. They have all released tracks in the past, which is one of the reasons that the group connects so well, as it is genuine.
6 Beef With The Young Bucks
A lot of fans enjoy seeing social media arguments amongst talent from opposing promotions, as it creates a genuine sense of competition between everyone involved. That is something that happened between Hit Row's Top Dolla and AEW Executive Vice Presidents The Young Bucks.
He took a shot at them for the trainers that they wear inside the ring, making it clear he didn't think they rocked those type of trainers in reality. They fired back to him as well, which led to Top Dolla creating a rap, with the back and forth being a hit with fans.
5 Lio Rush Ideas
Lio Rush had a hit and miss career with WWE, achieving plenty alongside Bobby Lashley and as Cruiserweight Champion, while he also dealt with backstage issues that made things harder for him. He ended up being released by the company, which brought an end to his WWE career.
However, originally when Top Dolla was pushing for this group to be created, Rush was someone he wanted to be part of the faction. Because he is another person who has a legitimate career in music it is easy to see how he'd fit in, but things just didn't work out with this one.
4 Creative Freedom
Because the members of Hit Row have skills when it comes to rapping and talking trash, during their time in NXT they were given a lot more creative freedom when it came to their microphone work. That's something that they took advantage of with many brilliant moments, and it helped them to feel genuine to fans.
It is unknown whether or not they have been given that ability again on the main roster, but the fact that Triple H was happy to trust them back then could be a good sign, as they certainly proved themselves as being great talkers.
3 NFL Star
Top Dolla is looking to make an impact for himself in the professional wrestling world, but what a lot of people don't know is the fact he has already had a huge sporting career. Even if he didn't make it in WWE, Top Dolla can certainly be proud of what he has been able to achieve in football.
Top Dolla had a fantastic career playing in the NFL where he enjoyed playing from 2013 - 2018, featuring for a variety of teams. He made his biggest impacts for the Seattle Seahawks and Washington Redskins, showcasing his talent in the sport.

Outside Top Dolla's career in the NFL, he has also made an impact in the television world thanks to his connection with WWE. He was used as the most for A&E's popular series, "Most Wanted Treasures," which allowed him to interact with a variety of legends such as The Undertaker and Booker T.
