Factions come and go but some of the best factions in WWE history eventually find a way to get back together again in different iterations. The Hurt Business is the latest faction to get back together again, along with nine others with contrasting results.

Throughout the history of professional wrestling, factions have been used with multiple wrestlers working together towards the same goal. The majority of factions have a leader. However, factions in WWE are often great as they enhance wrestlers who may be languishing on a card, and it can elevate them to some sort of relevancy. Moreover, a top star may be injured or their mic skills may not be polished which is why they have others who do the talking.

Inevitably, factions do go separate ways as there could be animosity brewing between members. Some may leave a company, and they can get separated by the brand split. Nevertheless, one way or another, factions find a way to get reunited whether it be for a one-off feud or back for the long run.

10 The Hurt Business

The Hurt Business Cropped

In the summer of 2020, MVP aligned himself with Bobby Lashley, after Lashley's romance with Lana ended. Shelton Benjamin was shortly added to the group, and the trio was called The Hurt Business. Cedric Alexander joined the stable in the fall after he turned heel by attacking Ricochet and Apollo Crews.

This was one of the best things to happen to Benjamin and Alexander considering they were floundering on the card. Championships aplenty followed with Lashley as a dominant United States Champion, and Benjamin and Alexander won the Raw Tag Team Titles. Nonetheless, Lashley went on to win the WWE Championship in March 2021. Sadly, the group disbanded prematurely, but they reunited in September 2021 with all four men drafted to Raw. MVP is currently inactive with a knee injury, but the mouthpiece of the group will be a massive asset again once he returns.

9 The Radicalz

Radicalz Cropped

January 31, 2000, is a significant date in the wrestling industry as Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, Dean Malenko, and Perry Saturn made their WWE debut. JR called them The Radicalz, and they were a formidable faction. Unfortunately, Latino Heat sustained an elbow injury early on, but he returned to action in time for WrestleMania 2000.

Shortly after WrestleMania, they began to go their separate ways with Eddie in a romance with Chyna, Saturn coupled up with Terri, Benoit feuding with Jericho, and Malenko becoming a ladies' man. Nevertheless, the foursome was back together again by the end of 2000, but Benoit soon ventured out on his lonesome again with Guerrero as the new leader of the group.

8 The Wyatt Family

The Wyatt Family Cropped

The trio of Bray Wyatt, Luke Harper, and Erick Rowan formed The Wyatt Family and became one of the most popular factions despite being heels. Their six-man tag team matches with The Shield were always tons of fun to watch as they would bring out the best in each other.

What lacked from this incarnation of The Wyatt Family was a lack of championships. None were claimed during this disappointing run. The group disbanded in 2014, but they were back on good terms in 2015 with the addition of Braun Strowman. The Wyatt Family went through several incarnations, but the original trio was the best iteration of the group.

7 D-Generation X

DX Cropped

The original incarnation of DX featuring Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Chyna, and Rick Rude was good, but they were on another level when Triple H became the undisputed leader of the rebellious faction on the Raw after WrestleMania XIV. X-Pac and The New Age Outlaws were perfect additions to the group with championship reigns coming their way.

They began to disband at the start of 1999 with Triple H and Chyna joining The Corporation, and the Outlaws feuding with each other, along with X-Pac teaming with Kane. However, the band was back together again sans Chyna in the fall of 1999 with Triple H as a certified main eventer this time around with the WWE Championship in their possession.

6 The Club

The Club Cropped

AJ Styles made his long-awaited WWE debut at the 2016 Royal Rumble, and Styles became a heel when he reunited with Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson in April 2016. The Club had a long history together throughout their time in New Japan. Nevertheless, they were victims of the brand split as Styles moved over to SmackDown, leaving Gallows and Anderson to fend for themselves on Raw.

Three years later, all three men were members of Raw, and they were reformed as the O.C. The trio briefly held gold simultaneously with Styles holding the United States Championship, and Gallows and Anderson were the reigning Raw Tag Team Champions. Unfortunately, The O.C. disbanded again in April 2020 as Gallows and Anderson were released due to budget cuts.

5 The New Day

The New Day Extreme Rules 2021 Cropped

The New Day's Big E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods make up one of the most decorated stables in WWE history. The trio is the longest-reigning WWE Tag Team Champions of all time as they were champions for 483 days from August 2015 to December 2016.

With the Freebird rule in effect, two of the three could defend a tag team championship at any time. Ultimately, they split up in the 2020 draft as Big E stayed on SmackDown, and Woods and Kofi headed to Raw. They briefly reunited at Extreme Rules 2021 in a six-man tag team match with Big E as the WWE Champion. They prevailed, but the draft separated them once again as Big E was drafted to Raw, with Kofi and Xavier once again moving over to SmackDown.

4 The Hart Foundation

The Hart Foundation Cropped

In 1985, Brothers-in-law, Bret Hart and Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart formed The Hart Foundation. "The Mouth of the South" Jimmy Hart was their manager and they became two-time WWE Tag Team Champions. However, it became abundantly clear that Bret was going to become a major singles star.

Bret went on to become a Triple Crown Winner, but arguably some of the greatest work in his WWE career came in 1997 when he reformed The Hart Foundation with his family. Bret, Neidhart, Owen Hart, The British Bulldog, and Brian Pillman had great chemistry together. They gained a stranglehold on the major championships in WWE, but their demise was in 1997 at Survivor Series with Bret getting screwed in Montreal.

3 NWO

nWo 2002 Cropped

In July 1996, Kevin Nash, Scott Hall, and Hulk Hogan created one of the biggest moments that will live in professional wrestling infamy. Bash at the Beach saw Hogan turn heel, and the nWo was born with Hogan revealed as the third man, ditching his iconic red and yellow for the nWo's black and white.

Once WCW was bought out by WWE, the trio opted to return to WWE in 2002, but once their big hefty pay-checks on their Time Warner contracts expired. Vince McMahon brought them back in as he wanted to inject a lethal dose of poison in WWE. The trio returned at No Way Out 2002, but it was short-lived because Hogan turned face after WrestleMania X8.

2 The Shield

The Shield Cropped

At Survivor Series 2012, Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns made their WWE debut as heels and aided CM Punk in retaining the WWE Championship. The Shield went on a tear from that time until they went their separate ways in the summer of 2014, with Rollins putting the final nail in the coffin as he betrayed his comrades.

The Hounds of Justice made a return in 2018 before Roman Reigns was unfortunately diagnosed with leukemia. However, Reigns' leukemia is in remission, and The Big Dog returned to action at the start of 2019, with The Shield reuniting for one last time before Ambrose departed from WWE.

1 Evolution

Evolution Cropped

Arguably, the greatest faction in the Ruthless Aggression era was Evolution. With the wealth of experience behind Triple H and Ric Flair, Randy Orton and Batista both learned from the very best. Orton was booted out of the group in 2004, and Batista left in 2005, with both becoming big stars.

Fans had always hoped for a full-on Evolution reunion, and they got their wish sans Ric Flair in 2014. Triple H, Orton, and Batista reunited once more on the April 14, 2014 edition of Raw. They came up short in their two marquee matches with The Shield on pay-per-view, but it was good to see three former multiple-time world champions back on the same page.
