Jeff Hardy's career has spanned over 25 years now. It seems like only yesterday when he and his brother, Matt, arrived in WWE as enhancement talent. They would eventually conquer WWE's tag team division, becoming multiple-time WWE Tag Team Champions. After accomplishing everything he could as a tag team wrestler, Hardy eventually elevated to main event status and became a household name in WWE.

He would also work for TNA on multiple occasions and leave his mark on that promotion too. It's safe to say Jeff Hardy has accomplished almost everything there is to accomplish in pro wrestling. However, there are still a few things on his wrestling bucket list that he hasn't done.

9 Wrestle A Death Match

In the past, Death Match wrestling has simply been a small niche in the pro wrestling market. However, in recent years, Death Match wrestling has seen an increase in popularity. In July of 2021, many wrestling fans witnessed their first Death Match when Chris Jericho faced Nick Gage on AEW Dynamite.

If Hardy never leaves WWE again, it's pretty safe to say he'll never wrestle a Death Match. It isn't hard to imagine Hardy jumping to AEW down the road though. If he were to join the promotion, a Death Match against someone like Darby Allin would constitute a dream match.

8 Compete In The G1 Climax Tournament

Tournaments used to be a great way to make matches mean a bit more and to build up talent. Performers could be made to look like a big deal by winning a tournament, rather than a championship. Overseas in NJPW, there's still a major wrestling tournament every year, the G1 Climax Tournament.

The Tournament has existed for over 30 years and has been won by some of the greatest wrestlers ever. Legends like Sting, Steve Austin, and Ric Flair have all previously competed in the G1. It's understandable why Hardy hasn't competed in one, considering most of his career has been spent with WWE. Still, it would be great to see Hardy compete in at least one G1 before he calls it quits.

7 Win The Universal Championship

Ever since the 80s, there have been at least two major World Titles in pro wrestling. After WCW closed down, WWE absorbed their World Championship and used it as a World Title during the original brand split, and after. In 2016 though, WWE introduced a new World Title, the WWE Universal Championship, to essentially replace the former World Heavyweight Championship.

Jeff Hardy is technically a Grand Slam Champion in WWE, but not really. By definition, a Grand Slam Champion has to have won every singles title that was available to them at the time. Jeff Hardy has never won the WWE Universal Championship. At this point in his career, he's honestly a long shot to ever win it.

6 Win The King Of The Ring Tournament

In American pro wrestling, tournaments aren't as common as they once were. In the past, promoters used to hold tournaments pretty regularly. Perhaps the most well-known tournament in America was WWE's King Of The Ring tournament. Some of the greatest wrestlers ever including, Bret Hart, Kurt Angle, and Edge all saw their careers get taken to the next level after being crowned King Of The Ring.

Unfortunately for Hardy, the timing just wasn't on his side when it came to winning the prestigious tournament. The ideal time for Hardy to have won it would've been around 2001 or 2002. It's hard to imagine him replacing Edge or Brock Lesnar though. Hardy can still win the King Of The Ring tournament before he retires but it's not very likely.

5 Win A Singles Match At WrestleMania

For the most part, every wrestler has dreamt about performing at WrestleMania, at one point or another. For Jeff Hardy, that dream came true when he, his brother, Matt, Edge and Christian, and The Dudley Boyz all stole the show at WrestleMania 2000. It was a Triangle Ladder Match that still gets talked about today. Hardy and company took some huge risks that night and raised the bar for every Ladder Match going forward.

Surprisingly, despite being part of various WrestleMania cards, Jeff Hardy has never won a singles match at WrestleMania. As a matter of fact, Hardy has only competed in one singles match at WrestleMania. That came against his brother, Matt, at WrestleMania XXV.

4 Win The X Division Championship

By 2003, Jeff Hardy was a burgeoning superstar but was burned out from the rigorous WWE schedule. As a result, Hardy decided to step away from WWE. He worked some independent shows for the remainder of the year but stayed mostly under the radar until 2004.

In June of 2004, Hardy made his way to TNA. In TNA, Hardy ascended to main event status. He won the TNA World Championship three times and was also a two-time TNA World Tag Team Champion. One thing Hardy didn't do in TNA is win the prestigious X Division Championship. Hardy challenged AJ Styles for the title on his first night in TNA but was unsuccessful. The title would continue to elude him.

3 Win Money In The Bank

Thanks to his performances in previous Ladder Matches, Jeff Hardy has become almost synonymous with the style of match. Surprisingly though, he doesn't have the best win/loss record when it comes to Ladder Matches. Even after considering that, it's still a bit surprising that Hardy has never been a serious contender to win the Money In The Bank Ladder Match.

In fact, Hardy has only ever competed in one Money In The Bank Ladder Match in his entire career. That was way back in 2007 at WrestleMania 23. Hardy technically still has a chance to be "Mr. Money In The Bank" someday but that's probably not too realistic anymore.

2 Win The Royal Rumble

The Hardy Boyz collide in the Royal Rumble Match

Ever since 1993 when the winner of the Royal Rumble started receiving a World Title match at WrestleMania, it's been one of WWE's most important matches. The Rumble is the ultimate test of endurance and strategy. Sadly, Hardy has never fared too well in the match.

He's honestly never really had a memorable Royal Rumble moment. Aside from entering the match at number 1 in 2001 and being joined by his brother Matt, at number 4, nothing jumps off the page. At this point in his career, hardy has to be an astronomical longshot to ever win the match. Although, Edge just recently won the Royal Rumble in 2021 so never say "never."

1 Main Event WrestleMania

Vince McMahon and WWE have created many superstars throughout the years. McMahon's greatest creation though will forever be WrestleMania. As such, he is very protective of the show. McMahon is very selective as far as who gets to close the year's biggest event.

Jeff Hardy has stolen the show at WrestleMania on two occasions, albeit as part of an ensemble. Despite that and Hardy being one of the most over babyfaces of the last 15 years, he's never been a serious contender to close the show. He's only had one singles match in his WrestleMania career and it'd be a stretch to believe that if he does get another one, that it'd be in the main event.
