October 5, 1997, is a date that Kane will fondly remember. It was his 25th anniversary with WWE as he made his debut at Badd Blood: In Your House in the inaugural Hell in a Cell match between Shawn Michaels and The Undertaker. Kane went on to have a legendary feud with the Deadman, but he continued to have a successful WWE career after his feud with Undertaker ended.

Kane is a Grand Slam Champion and he finally entered the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2021. Whilst, Kane's longevity in the business can be admired, he has a plethora of losses on his resume. Kane is currently the Mayor of Knox County, Tennessee, and it remains to be seen when the Devil's Favorite Demon will step foot in a wrestling ring again.

Kane collided with Baron Corbin on the November 22, 2016, edition of SmackDown. Corbin had a rich vein of form as he won the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 32. Nonetheless, Kane was looking to put Corbin away early on with the Chokeslam but Corbin blocked it.

The match barely got out of first gear as Kalisto interfered and he attacked Corbin. Kane lost by disqualification, but after the bout had ended, he chokeslammed Corbin.

9 W/ The Miz, The Bar & Braun Strowman Vs. Kurt Angle, Seth Rollins, And Dean Ambrose - TLC 2017

Kane competed in his fourth TLC match at TLC 2017. He teamed up with The Miz, The Bar's Cesaro and Sheamus, and Braun Strowman. They collided with Kurt Angle, and the Shield's Raw Tag Team Champions Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins in a handicap TLC match.

This was a decent match but a lot was going on which spoiled the quality of the match. The majority of the participants in the bout weren't TLC match specialists either. As expected, the heels' relationships broke down which allowed Rollins, Ambrose, and the honorary Shield member of the night, Kurt Angle to prevail.

8 Vs. Finn Balor - Raw (11/27/17)

The November 27, 2017 edition of Raw wasn't all doom and gloom for Kane. The Devil's Favorite Demon defeated Jason Jordan in his first match, and he clashed with the first-ever Universal Champion Finn Balor in his second match of the night.

Both were capable of producing much better but it was a typical TV match. Balor was in cruise control of proceedings, and Kane felt the tide was turning which led to him assaulting Balor in the sternum with a steel chair to get himself disqualified.

7 Vs. Brock Lesnar Vs. Braun Strowman - Royal Rumble 2018

Three hard-hitters in Kane, Brock Lesnar, and Braun Strowman slugged it out in a triple threat match for the Universal Championship at the 2018 Royal Rumble. This match was fantastic as it was fast-paced with tons of action. Kane executed the chokeslam on Lesnar early on, but Lesnar introduced a chair into the match and he hit Kane with it.

Strowman was getting a bit too excited as he kneed Lesnar in the face, and Lesnar retaliated with a stiff punch to the face. Nevertheless, the action spilled onto the outside and Lesnar F5'd Kane on the broadcast table but it didn't break. Kane and Strowman had their chances to win the championship, but the Beast Incarnate executed the F5 on Kane, and he retained the Universal Championship.

6 Vs. Braun Strowman - Raw (1/29/18)

There was no rest for the wicked as Kane and Braun Strowman were at loggerheads, just 24 hours removed after their battle with Brock Lesnar at the 2018 Royal Rumble. They had huge stakes riding on their Last Man Standing match as the winner would qualify for the Elimination Chamber match with another opportunity at the Universal Championship at WrestleMania 34 on the line.

Strowman dominated large portions of the match, and Kane barely had any answers in this match. It was an underwhelming Last Man Standing match, and Strowman brought things to a close as he toppled the table on Kane who was trapped underneath it.

5 Vs. John Cena - Raw (3/26/18)

Kane and John Cena locked horns in a No Disqualification match in the main event of Raw. Big Match John was desperate to challenge Kane's brother The Undertaker to a match at WrestleMania 34. Nevertheless, Kane and Cena had some disappointing matches in the past but this bout was tons of fun since it was conducted under No Disqualification rules.

Cena took a leaf out of Kane's book as he connected with a chokeslam. Kane kicked out of it, and Cena tried to put Kane through a table with an AA but Kane smartly moved the table out of the way. Despite Kane's efforts, it wasn't enough as Cena prevailed after he put Kane through a table with his trademark AA.

4 Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal - WrestleMania 34

The fifth annual Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal took place on the kickoff show of WrestleMania 34. Kane was one of the favorites to prevail, and he had a good performance here. He eliminated the Miztourage's Curtis Axel and Bo Dallas simultaneously. He followed it up with an elimination of Fandango with a stiff uppercut.

Kane and Baron Corbin, the winner of two years prior had a standoff but everyone stopped them from fighting each other. Dolph Ziggler attempted the zig-zag but it was to no avail with Kane removing him from the equation. The Lone Wolf finally got the better of Kane and he dumped him over the top rope.

3 W/ Daniel Bryan Vs. The Bludgeon Brothers - Extreme Rules 2018

Team Hell No briefly reunited and they were looking to clinch their second Tag Team Championship as a duo, five years at the event, where they last held the titles at Extreme Rules 2018. They challenged the Bludgeon Brothers' Luke Harper and Erick Rowan for the SmackDown Tag Team Championship. The Bludgeon Brothers had the upper hand as they assaulted Team Hell No before the match started.

Bryan was on his lonesome for the start of the match and he held his own for a bit. Kane gingerly made his way down the aisle but he wore a protective boot on his left foot. He sold his injuries well, and he managed to chokeslam Harper. Ultimately, it was a spirited effort from Team Hell but the Bludgeon Brothers continued their run as SmackDown Tag Team Champions.

2 W/ The Undertaker Vs. DX - Crown Jewel 2018

On paper, Kane and The Undertaker teaming up to face DX's Shawn Michaels and Triple H is a blockbuster match. Unfortunately, everything in this match at Crown Jewel 2018 went wrong. There was a comedy of errors with Triple H tearing his pec but he continued the match like a pro, and Kane was unmasked.

This match happened 15-20 years too late with all four men far past their primes. This was Michaels' first outing in eight years and he was better off staying retired. Nonetheless, DX prevailed after Michaels hit Kane with Sweet Chin Music, and Triple H just about managed to hit Kane with the Pedigree for DX to pick up the win with Triple H in an insurmountable amount of pain.

1 Royal Rumble Match - Royal Rumble 2021

Kane will go down in history as one of the most prolific performers in a Royal Rumble match to never win the whole thing. Kane competed in a record 18th Royal Rumble as the 18th entrant. He littered the ring with several chokeslams.

The Big Red Machine's cameo lasted under two minutes but he made an impact by eliminating Dolph Ziggler and Ricochet. He had a brief reunion with Daniel Bryan but it was short-lived with Kane chokeslamming him. Kane went toe-to-toe with Damian Priest, and Priest got the better of Kane by removing him from the Rumble.
