The last time SummerSlam didn't feature a Tag Team Championship match at SummerSlam was in 2014. That's including matches on the main show and the kickoff show. Nevertheless, WWE had three different types of Tag Team Championship at its disposal by 2019, but at the time of writing, just the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship is in operation with the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship in limbo.
