Johnny Gargano has revealed on Twitter that he and Candice LeRae are expecting their first baby.

Wrestlers in the same company coupling up comes with the territory. When a relatively small group of people travels the world together, seeing each other all day every day, a few of them are inevitably going to end up in relationships together. Some of them last, some of them don't. As for ones that last, it's hard to imagine a couple as well suited to each other as Johnny Gargano and Candice LeRae ever breaking up.

Johnny And Candice Are Having A Baby

Especially now Gargano has revealed the NXT couple is about to embark on an exciting new adventure together. Johnny Wrestling took to Twitter and revealed the couple is expecting their very first child together. "The secret's out! Our team is getting a little bigger. The best is on the way," Gargano tweeted.

The tweet comes complete with a couple of photos. One with what appears to be a baby pair of wrestling boots, and another of Gargano holding some scan photos along with LeRae and their dog. The first photo also includes the baby's due date. February 2022, which means LeRae is currently about three months pregnant. That explains why LeRae hasn't wrestled much for the past few months.

Baby Wrestling Will Be Here February 2022

It's unclear when exactly LeRae and Gargano discovered they were expecting a baby, of course. The former NXT Women's Tag Team Champion only wrestled one match in July, and one in June, both of which were tag matches. She has been actively involved in an angle where she and Gargano have been trying to stop Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis from getting together.

The pair has been treating Hartwell like they're her parents, good practice from when their own little one grows up. LeRae and Gargano probably had a little chuckle at a line from this week's NXT when the former told Hartwell to make sure she has protection before going on a date with Lumis. Congratulations to the two of them and we can wait for Baby Wrestling to grow up and inevitably follow in his or her parents' footsteps.
