This week's episode of WWE Raw reportedly suffered extremely low attendance.Last night's show was held at the Bok Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Speaking on Wrestling Observer Radio (h/t WrestleTalk), Dave Meltzer reported that there were only slightly over 3,000 paid spectators on Raw.Meltzer called the attendance "pretty brutal", adding that he believes it's the second lowest attendance for a WWE event since the start of the pandemic. Meltzer thinks that only the Oct. 11 episode of Raw (in San Francisco, California), had lower attendance than the one at the Bok Center. This week's episode of Raw had competition with the first ever NFL Monday Night Football playoff game between the Los Angeles Rams and the Arizona Cardinals. The Rams won soundly 34-11 to advance to the NFC Divisional Round, where they'll take on the defending Super Bowl Champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers.RELATED: Raw Winners And Losers: Top Title Contenders Face OffRaw Winners Jan 17, 2022 Raw once again focused on the buildup for the Royal Rumble pay-per-view, which will be held in 11 days inside The Dome at America's Center in St. Louis, Missouri. In the main event, Bobby Lashley (No. 1 contender for the WWE Championship) and Seth Rollins (No. 1 contender for the Universal Championship) faced off one-on-one, but the match ended via disqualification after Cedric Alexander and Shelton Benjamin attacked The Almighty. Moments later, The Usos showed up and delivered a Double Superkick to Rollins.

An Action-Packed Show

Regardless of the attendance, WWE sure did a fine job in getting a lot packed in for the second-last Raw show before Royal Rumble. Becky Lynch and Doudrop will square off for the Raw Women's title at the Royal Rumble. The two faced Bianca Belair and Liv Morgan in a tag team match, emerging victorious after Doudrop pinned Morgan. We also saw RK-Bro ruin the Alpha Academy's graduation ceremony.

Needless to say, it'll be interesting to see what WWE books for next week's episode of Raw as the Royal Rumble draws closer.
