This week's Monday Night Raw was the follow-up show to Money in the Bank and a celebration of the Fourth of July. While the action was going down in the ring, there was a WWE barbeque going on outside, some of the happenings setting the stage for what was to come later.

As for the in-ring action, some storylines continued from the pay-per-view while new ones began. Becky Lynch wanted a piece of Asuka, Liv Morgan addressed the WWE Universe, The Mysterios called up on a little Latino Heat and Lashley threw a challenge out there to anyone in WWE, or outside of it. Seth Rollins and Ezekiel had a terrific match and the Street Profits teamed with The All Mighty to put on a banger of their own against Alpha Academy and Theory.

Here are your winners and losers for Raw, July 4, 2022:

Winner: Mysterios Win By DQ

Typically, disqualification finishes aren't the best. But, when Rey paid homage to Eddie Guerrero in the Mysterio's win over Judgment Day, it was absolutely the right way to go. In the chaos to close the match, Finn Balor tried to bring a chair into the ring and Mysterio saw what he was doing when the official's back was turned. Rey faked being smacked by the chair and threw himself on the canvas only for the official to turn around and assume Balor used a foreign object.

This was a solid match and the crowd was absolutely behind the Mysterios. The finish was the best part and both Rey and Dominik pointed to the sky when walking to the back. Later in the night, Judgment Day attacked the Mysterios in the back.

Winner: Styles Defeats The Miz, Ciampa Attacks

A rematch from last week, AJ Styles finally got a hold of The Miz and put him away, picking up the win with a Phenomenal Forearm. It was a back-and-forth contest with both men getting in their fair share of offense. Ultimately, Styles was the better man and celebrated his win, perhaps thinking their beef was over. Ciampa climbed into the ring and attacked Styles from behind. It appears he's officially aligned himself with The A-Lister and one has to think this might lead to a tag match where the recently-signed Logan Paul will make his WWE return.

Winner: Ezekiel vs. Seth Rollins

It would have been nice for a match this good to have had a better reason to take place than an errant squirt of ketchup, that said, this was the match of the night. Both Seth Rollins and Ezekiel brought it with Rollins picking up the win with a stomp. This was a solid win for Rollins, who the announce crew mentioned quite a few times had lost in recent months. Rollins wanted to get one more stomp in, but Riddle appeared out of nowhere to hit an RKO.

Riddle and Rollins will be a good feud but who loses? If it's Riddle, some will argue his slowly moving down the WWE totem pole. If it's Rollins, some will argue Rollins is being jobbed even though wins and losses don't affect his standing in WWE all that much.

All in all, the bout between Ezekiel and Rollins is hopefully not the last time these two competitors step in the ring against one another.

Winner: Lashley and The Street Profits Win, Otis Pukes

It might have been too quick to say the Ezekiel and Rollins match was the match of the night. The six-man tag that followed was incredibly entertaining, even if the Otis barf moment that followed was bit much. The tag match that felt thrown together out of the July 4th party was fast-paced and high-energy and the spots were high impact, especially when Dawkins blasted Theory to send him over the announce table.

The Otis bit didn't ruin this match at all. It was kind of entertaining to see him play up the fact he ate too much and all the while knowing the puke spot was coming. The spear to jog it all loose was a nice touch.

Winner: Gunther Destroys R-Truth

There wasn't much to this segment, but it was a smart choice to get over the villainous Gunther and Ludwig Kaiser. While R-Truth was celebrating the American troops who save the world from aliens in 1996, Gunther came down and took issue with the festivities. Truth got in very little offense and Gunther finished off his foe with a powerbomb.

Winner: Lynch vs Asuka In No Holds Barred Match

A solid main event finally saw Becky Lynch pick up her much-needed win. This was a No-Holds-Barred Match and Big Time Becks and the Empress of Tomorrow certainly played up that stipulation. There was a tackle through the barricade, a number of chair spots and a Becky Slam through a table off the second rope to secure the win for Lynch. Both women tapped each other to show their appreciation when the match was complete and they should have. They delivered.

This is a big win for Lynch who has done an admirable job putting others over in the past few weeks. Now that she's picked up a victory, it will be fascinating to see where WWE takes her. Is she on her way back to challenging Belair?
