While AEW and WWE are technically in competition with each other, the majority of the time nowadays wrestlers all tend to get along as they have worked together at some point in time. However, now and then that's not the case, which leads to arguments taking place via social media.

Because it is such an easy platform to take shots at people, that has been the case over the years, which has helped to spice the rivalry up a little more. Sometimes they're just fun tweets that fans can laugh with, although there are other times when things can get a little more serious.

10 T-Bar & Sammy Guevara

T-Bar and Sammy Guevara

T-Bar might not be the biggest name in WWE right now, but that didn't stop him from going back and forth with Sammy Guevara on social media. Things began with the WWE Superstar claiming that Guevara had stolen a move from him, which led to Sammy mocking T-Bar via his YouTube channel.

He took shots at the Retribution star who labeled him as a jobber, and TBar made a simple response by claiming that he was rent-free in his head. Most of this was done in a fun fashion and both men appeared to take the jibes well, which was good to see.

9 Randy Orton & Tony Khan

Randy Orton and Tony Khan

Randy Orton and Tony Khan are two juggernauts in professional wrestling, so seeing them argue on Twitter was something that caught people by surprise as it was not expected. Khan had taken a shot at WWE's wrestlers being stranded on a plane when they were in Saudi Arabia, pointing at the deal the company has.

Orton then called out Khan for an issue his family had been in previously, to which the AEW President fired back again, claiming that Orton would previously only tweet about them to get a better deal from WWE.

8 Chris Jericho & Sasha Banks

Sasha Banks and Chris Jericho

The argument on social media between Chris Jericho and Sasha Banks was only a brief one, but it was all about ratings, which is something that certain wrestlers are dictated by. Banks had claimed that she and Bayley were better than Le Sex Gods, which was Jericho's tag team with Sammy Guevara.

While he did praise the Legit Boss in his response, Jericho also brought up the ratings at that time claiming they had won the demographic, taking a shot at the work Banks was doing in turn.

7 Brian Cage & Lacey Evans

Brian Cage and Lacey Evans

Lacey Evans is well-known for sharing her opinions on social media, holding nothing back, and that is what led to her arguing with Brian Cage on Twitter. People using each other's wrestling moves is something that causes a lot of issues, and that is what had been claimed about Cage's moonsault, which people stated was taken from Evans.

That is something that he refuted while taking a shot about the small experience that she had in the business. However, Evans was open to the fact she'd only been in wrestling for a short period but then added that she had achieved more than him in that period.

6 Top Dolla & The Young Bucks

Sneakers might seem like an odd thing for professional wrestlers to be arguing about on social media, but that was the case when it came to Top Dolla and The Young Bucks. They went back and forth on social media, with the former NXT star taking a shot at The Bucks, claiming talent like that doesn't actually like sneakers.

Of course, The Young Bucks fired back via their Twitter bios, which is often a place where they take shots at people in a funny way. Top Dolla didn't stop responding though, as he went on to film a rap video about the AEW EVPs.

5 Alexa Bliss & Jade Cargill

Alexa Bliss and Jade Cargill

Alexa Bliss is a great WWE Superstar, and throughout her time with the company, she became great friends with Ember Moon, who went on to work for AEW. She ended up having an online argument with Jade Cargill, who she has been feuding with on television, and that is where Bliss chimed in.

The WWE Superstar decided to stand up for her friend, taking a shot at Cargill by pretending that she didn't know who she was. It was interesting to see Bliss weigh in on this situation, but it certainly got a lot of people talking.

4 Riddle & Chris Jericho

Riddle and Chris Jericho

Riddle and Chris Jericho have been able to go back and forth on social media in the past, with the two of them not liking each other on a personal level. Jericho decided to mock a video that Riddle had shared, going as far as to dress up as him and put on a face to try and look like him.

Jericho and Riddle aren't friends, and Y2J is one of many legends that has gone on record against the WWE Superstar, which is a situation that the upcoming name has found himself in several times.

3 Junior Dos Santos & Roman Reigns

Roman Reigns and Junior Dos Santos

Junior Dos Santos isn't the first name anybody thinks about when it comes to AEW, as he is technically an MMA star, but he has stepped inside the ring for Tony Khan's company. He also verbally defended them on Twitter, as he looked to go back and forth with Roman Reigns.

After the Tribal Chief spoke about not viewing AEW as competition, Dos Santos opted to call out Roman, claiming he'd be able to throw him and the WWE roster out of the club. It was an interesting decision and one that got a lot of people talking about at the time.

2 Chris Jericho & MVP

Another time Chris Jericho went against a WWE Superstar was MVP, with their fallout being all about politics, which often divides people. Jericho had questioned the speed at which the result had been determined to count the votes, which ended Donald Trump's time as President.

MVP went against that and wasn't a fan of what he said, and Jericho took offense to that and blocked the WWE Superstar. Things between them got so heated that they recently had a verbal and physical exchange in a hotel, which shows that they have not solved their issues.

1 Hangman Page & Kane

Hangman Page and Kane

Kane was a well-respected professional wrestler, but when it comes to his career in politics he tends to be more divisive. He has a legitimate career in that world, therefore things that he say can have an impact, and his opinion on the Russian invasion of Ukraine is something people didn't agree with.

That includes a top AEW name, as former AEW World Champion Hangman Page took the time to respond to Kane's comments on social media. He responded with footage of chair shots that Kane took to the head, alluding to him having brain damage to explain his thoughts.
