The Undertaker made his WWE debut at Survivor Series 1990, and he retired 30 years to the exact date at the same event. Undertaker headlined the WWE Hall of Fame class of 2022. Nevertheless, Undertaker is at peace with his retirement, and he occasionally makes appearances outside of WWE.

Throughout his career in WWE, Undertaker has generally been a main event player. He's won seven World Championships, and he's been a Tag Team Champion on seven occasions. At the 2001 Royal Rumble, The Undertaker and Kane reunited and they cleaned out the house in the Rumble match. The Brothers of Destruction were on the same page, but they wouldn't win the WWE Tag Team Championship for three months until they dethroned Edge and Christian for the titles on the April 19, 2001 edition of SmackDown.

Undertaker and Kane held the titles for 12 days, and they only defended the gold once. Their title defense came at Backlash 2001 against the Two-Man Power Trip's Steve Austin and Triple H. Their WWE Tag Team Championship was on the line as was Austin's WWE Championship and Triple H's Intercontinental Title in a Winner Takes All match. It was an unsuccessful night for Undertaker and Kane with the Two-Man Power Trip gaining control of the major titles.

9 Best: WCW Tag Team Championship - 1st Reign (2001)

The Undertaker and Kane were a huge asset to the tag team division in 2001. On the August 9, 2001, episode of SmackDown, the Brothers of Destruction eased past Chuck Palumbo and Sean O'Haire to secure the WCW Tag Team Championship. Their title tilt didn't end there as they destroyed DDP and Kanyon to become two-time WWE Tag Team Champions to go alongside their WCW Tag Team Championship in a steel cage match at SummerSlam.

The Brothers of Destruction were double champions for one month. They consistently defended the WCW Tag Team Championship in two steel cage matches, but they had a dreadful match with KroniK at Unforgiven. Nevertheless, Booker T and Test ended their 49-day run as WCW Tag Team Champions on the September 27, 2001 taping of SmackDown.

Just one year after his WWE debut, The Undertaker featured in the first-ever singles match at Survivor Series 1991. Undertaker challenged Hulk Hogan for the WWE Championship. It wasn't a very good match, but it was a significant night in Undertaker's career as he Tombstoned Hogan on a chair and he captured the WWE Championship for the first time in his career.

At the age of 26 years and 8 months, Undertaker became the youngest man to hold the WWE Championship. Hogan barely lost matches and it was a brilliant achievement for Undertaker. However, his WWE Title run was over before it gained any traction. He dropped the WWE Title back to Hogan just six days later at This Tuesday in Texas.

7 Best: Hardcore Championship - 1st Reign (2001-02)

After Survivor Series 2001, The Undertaker turned heel by forcing Jim Ross to join Mr. McMahon's Kiss My Ass Club. Undertaker had a new demeanor, and he shaved his long locks. Surprisingly, Undertaker moved into the Hardcore Title picture.

At Vengeance, Undertaker and Rob Van Dam contested an excellent Hardcore Championship match. Undertaker took home the Hardcore Championship. The 24/7 rule was in effect but wrestlers would be foolish to challenge Undertaker. He defeated the likes of Spike Dudley, Matt and Jeff Hardy, Tajiri, and Big Show during his reign. Ultimately, Undertaker was humiliated by Maven for a second time after his 2002 Royal Rumble elimination as Maven dethroned him for the title with a helping hand from The Rock.

The Corporate Ministry was no more after Fully Loaded 1999, and Undertaker moved direction by teaming up with Big Show. Undertaker and Show were unofficially known as the "Unholy Alliance" but they were a force to be reckoned with as they beat X-Pac and Kane for the WWE Tag Team Championship at SummerSlam.

Undertaker and Show's WWE Tag Team Championship reign was abrupt as they only held the titles for eight days. They beat both X-Pac and Kane and the Acolytes on the pilot episode of SmackDown. The following week, The Rock 'n' Sock Connection ended their run as WWE Tag Team Champions.

5 Best: WWE Championship - 4th Reign (2002)

For the second time in his career, The Undertaker beat Hulk Hogan to kickstart a WWE Championship reign. Undertaker's Chokeslam to secure the title at Judgment Day 2002 was one of the sloppiest in his career. Nevertheless, Undertaker defended his title regularly, and he faced the likes of RVD and Randy Orton during his run as WWE Champion.

His WWE Championship match with Triple H at King of the Ring was bitterly disappointing. However, his ladder match with Jeff Hardy was one of the highlights of his championship reign. His fourth WWE Championship run came to a crashing halt at Vengeance when The Rock defeated him and Kurt Angle in one of the best triple threat matches to become the first-ever seven-time WWE Champion.

The Undertaker and Big Show didn't take their defeat to The Rock 'n' Sock Connection lightly, and they invoked their rematch clause on the September 9, 1999, taping of SmackDown. This was a Buried Alive match, and Undertaker and Mankind had battled once before in this type of match.

It was a physical battle, and the Unholy Alliance were once again WWE Tag Team Champions. Despite their second run lasting longer than their first run with the straps, Undertaker was injured which is why he didn't compete in their sole title defense. It was a Dark Side Rules match

3 Best: WWE Championship - 2nd Reign (1997)

The Undertaker had to wait five-and-a-half years to get his hands on the WWE Championship for the second time. The Deadman dethroned Sycho Sid at WrestleMania 13 in one of the worst WrestleMania main events. However, Undertaker took the ball and ran with it, and the main event scene was loaded with the likes of Bret Hart and Shawn Michaels present.

Undertaker retained the WWE Championship in title matches against Mankind, Steve Austin, Faarooq, and Vader. The Deadman had a stern test in his final WWE title defense against Bret Hart at SummerSlam 1997 with Shawn Michaels as the special guest referee. HBK swung a chair intended for Bret but it caught Undertaker with the Hitman ending Undertaker's 133-day WWE Championship reign.

In late December 2000, The Undertaker and The Rock collided with Edge and Christian for the WWE Tag Team Championship. Undertaker and Rock had been rivals in the past, and the former WWE Champions captured the WWE Tag Team Championship.

Their championship run was never going to last long and so it proved. On the following taping of SmackDown, Undertaker and Rock dropped the titles back to Edge and Christian with WWE Champion Kurt Angle involved in their title reign coming to an end.

1 Best: World Heavyweight Championship - 3rd Reign (2009-10)

The Undertaker enjoyed one final full-time run which culminated in a third World Heavyweight Championship reign. Undertaker dethroned CM Punk at Hell in a Cell 2009, and he became the first man to win a World Championship inside Hell in a Cell.

Undertaker did an exceptional job in his final run as a World Champion in WWE. The likes of Rey Mysterio, CM Punk, Chris Jericho, Big Show, and Batista fell by the wayside in Undertaker's title defenses. Ultimately, Undertaker dropped the World Heavyweight Championship to Jericho inside the Elimination Chamber with Shawn Michaels laying him out with Sweet Chin Music.
