CM Punk is another obvious former WWE employee that didn't enjoy working with Vince McMahon, and he made that evident throughout his run with the company. 8 Jon Moxley

Jon Moxley in AEW.

Jon Moxley is another wrestler that obviously had a lot of positive times working for Vince McMahon, as he was able to be part of an iconic faction and hold the WWE Championship. However, there was a lot of frustration from him due to how the creative department worked, and the ideas that they gave to him.

This was clear by the fact that he chose to depart the company, even though he was offered another contract from WWE. Moxley felt he couldn't showcase his own creative flair, which is certainly more aggressive and that has been clear during his spell with AEW.

7 Ryback

Ryback Intercontinental Champion

Ryback had a big push at the start of his WWE career, but by the end he certainly didn't enjoy being there. A combination of issues with pay, not being happy with his position on the card, and the fact he and Vince McMahon were having problems led to him not wanting to be with the company.

The Big Guy has continued complaining about WWE ever since he left the company, having made his issues very public as he claimed it is hard to be happy working on WWE's schedule.

6 Paul London

Paul London

Much like Ryback, Paul London has not held back with his thoughts on WWE, and those who ran the company during his tenure since he has departed. The former Tag Team Champion has spoken openly about not getting along with Vince McMahon, and he's not been shy about making that clear.

London believes he could have been pushed further during his spell with WWE, but he was not happy with the overall environment, and a return at any point is something that he has never had any interest in because of that.

Working for WWE is tiring, and that is something that Jimmy Jacobs found out as he ended up getting burnt out when working for the company. Jacobs was a writer for the promotion during his time there, but it was a busy period that he wanted to get out of eventually, even going as far as to appear on Being The Elite to try and get out of his contract.

Jacobs found working with Vince McMahon quite difficult, which is likely down to how demanding the former WWE Chairman was on his employees, particularly those in the writing team.
