Money in the Bank 2021 will be the first pay-per-view event on WWE's 25-city tour that begins on July 16, and tickets are reportedly selling fast.

The event will be held at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas on July 18 — two days after the tour begins with Friday Night SmackDown running at the Toyota Center in Houston.

In the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Dave Meltzer reported that Money in the Bank "is almost sold out with more than 9,600 tickets distributed." Meltzer reported at the time that there only 278 tickets left.  On TicketMaster, the cheapest tickets available start at $200, and the most expensive ones are listed at $1,000

Not only is Money in the Bank one of WWE's most thrilling pay-per-view events, but this is only the second PPV show of the year that will welcome a live crowd. The company welcomed limited capacity for both nights of WrestleMania 37 — at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa Bay, Florida. Day one reportedly drew 17,946 fans, and day two attendance was reported at 18,501.

Money in the Bank 2020 was scheduled to be held in Baltimore, Maryland at the Royal Farms Arena. But it was relocated to the Performance Center in Orlando because of the COVID-19 pandemic. The men's and women's Money in the Bank ladder cinematic matches were pre-taped at the company's Global Headquarters in Stamford, Connecticut.

Money In The Bank

There are currently six matches on the Money in the Bank 2021 card: The annual men's and women's Money in the Bank ladder matches, Bianca Belair vs. Bayley for the SmackDown Women's Championship, Roman Reigns vs. Edge for the Universal Championship, Bobby Lashley vs. Kofi Kingston for the WWE Championship and Rhea Rhipley vs. Charlotte Flair for the Raw Women's Championship

Expectations Will Be High For Money In The Bank 2021

As noted above, this will be the first PPV on WWE's 25-city tour, so the pressure will be on to perform a quality show here. The card is stacked, and it'll be just the second WWE pay-per-view with fans dating back to April 2020. Hopefully, WWE will deliver a classic for its audience.
