For example, Ric Flair, Randy Savage, Chris Jericho, John Cena, and CM Punk were all great on the mic.

Cutting promos can be a game-changing factor. In fact, throughout history, several wrestlers have been successful solely because of their mic work. On the current WWE roster, there are several wrestlers whose mic skills are fantastic, even some of them are among the best talkers in the world today.

Edge always delivered good promos throughout his career, but since returning to the ring, his speeches have been even better. Obviously, The Rated R Superstar has capitalized on his heartbreaking story to cut emotional promos and get to the fans' feelings. Proof of that is the memorable speech when he announced his participation in the 2021 men's Royal Rumble match.

Also, in the storyline with Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan, Edge cut good promos as both a babyface and a heel, proving he's still got it.

Randy Orton's character is one of the most iconic of all time and he has been one of the best heels in history as well. His mic skills as a babyface are average, but when he plays the heel, he has proven that he can cut amazing promos.

For several months now, Randy Orton's promos have been some of the best in WWE. In his recent storyline with The Fiend and Alexa Bliss, The Viper looked like a real psychopath. In Randy Orton's speeches, you could feel his anger, hatred, and evil intentions. As a villain, Orton does a formidable job on the mic.

You might be a little surprised to read Big E's name, but admittedly, he has improved his ability to cut promos tremendously. Big E is an extremely charismatic guy, he can be hilarious and has a knack for captivating fans when he speaks.

After defeating Sami Zayn to win the Intercontinental Title, Big E delivered a terrific promo. "I went to work on that boy's behind! I said I opened up his cheeks and I said I'm doing construction here."

But it's not always about jokes and laughs, Big E proved that he can cut serious promos in his feud with Apollo Crews.

Sami Zayn is an absolutely great wrestler; he is an excellent performer and an incredible talker. However, many think that his talent is currently being wasted. Nonetheless, Sami is so talented that he always performs well, no matter what plans WWE has for him.

When Sami Zayn talks about the conspiracy against him, it's fantastic. That is, everyone knows there isn't any conspiracy, but thanks to her clever promos and unique persona, that storyline has been a good one.

His character has evolved tremendously over the past two years and he has established himself as one of the best wrestlers in the world. Drew carried Monday Night Raw for much of the ThunderDome Era, putting on great matches and cutting solid promos.

Lately, Drew McIntyre's promos have been excellent. He is very charismatic and extremely passionate, which allows him to deliver very good speeches frequently. McIntyre always has something interesting to say and that is precisely why everyone pays attention when he speaks.

Bray Wyatt may be a below-average wrestler in terms of in-ring skills, but his mic skills have always been terrific. Wyatt has capitalized on his bizarre storylines to develop one of the best characters in wrestling today.

Wyatt's tone of voice, facial expressions, and twisted mind make his promos memorable. When Wyatt takes the mic, he can be funny, intimidating, and even scary. Bray Wyatt is one of the best talkers in the world, that's for sure.

As both a heel and a babyface, The Miz is an admirable mic worker. In fact, his promo-cutting skills are the main reason he's been in WWE for so long.

The Miz speaks with fluency and empathy, he can be hilarious and his lines are always great. However, he can also be so obnoxious and unbearable that it makes you want to slap him in the face, just like many wrestlers have done. The Miz has a long list of memorable promos and we could spend all day talking about it.

Kevin Owens is one of the most complete wrestlers on the current WWE roster. He can put on amazing in-ring performances and can also deliver great promos. KO is very charismatic and always cuts his promos with passion.

In fact, Kevin Owens is so talented on the mic that WWE has allowed him to work unscripted on more than one occasion. Without a doubt, Owens is one of the best talkers of this era.

Roman Reigns had never been considered a great talker, but since he turned heel, that changed. Lately, The Tribal Chief's promos are perfect. It's really impressive when he talks about carrying the company, putting food on other people's tables, and doing everything for the sake of his family. Obviously, his "acknowledge me" catchphrase is arguably the best in the wrestling world today.

Surely, you remember when Reigns told Edge and Daniel Bryan "I'm gonna smash you, I'm gonna stack you, I'm gonna pin you, and the referee's going to count one, two, three. Then I'm going to hold this Championship over my head, and you're going to look up and see a man lightyears ahead of you." A memorable promo, which was actually a spoiler of what was going to happen at WrestleMania 37.

John Cena is not only one of the best talkers on the current WWE roster, he is one of the best talkers in the history of sports entertainment. Cena's promos are compelling, inspirational, and connect with fans in a unique way; simply put, Cena's speeches are fantastic.

Now that The Champ is back, fans will be able to enjoy his mic work for a while. The WWE Universe has to hear him because we can't see him.
